I just came from here and this place is the best! Right by my house so super convenient for me. I was actually lost so I called the store; Joe answered and guided me over. Then he greeted me in the store and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery. Joe was able to do a free battery test to confirm that was the issue and then he swapped out the battery for me right there. It was so fast and easy. The only downside is there is absolutely no shade. The employees do not have a garage, car port or even a pop up shade tent to work under. I parked in one of the only shady spots under a tree and the shade was sparce. Had I know the employees have no shade and are just working from the parking lot, I wouldn't have gone at 1pm late June as it's 109 degrees out right now. If this location would take as good of care of their employees as their employees take of their clients, then this place would be perfect. Because of course the staff told me I could wait inside in the AC while they worked in the heat to switch out the battery. I did run out to snap a quick pic of Joe working away in the parking lot. 3 year warranty on their battery! Also, 10% veteran discount so take your ID of this applies to you! I highly recommend.

Joe from this location really went above and beyond helping with my car lights. Due to his professionalism, he really focused on one thing at a time and communicated to me what was going on through the entire process educating me about what was going on with the car. He really give care to the situation that gave me reassurance that he knows what he’s doing. he didn’t question anything he was doing. He is the reason why I really recommend this location.

Kelly and the other staff with her were awesome. They helped and gave me suggestions to troubleshoot before making a large purchase through the dealership. O'REILLY's sucks on Glendale Ave and Dysart. Employee would not even attempt to look in the computer to help me identify the fuse. It's great that Kelly and her partner still care and display great customer service. Thank you

I came in on Saturday, 07.13.2024 and Joe if I remember his name correctly was extremely helpful in replacing my new car battery. It was hot out but he got it done quickly and efficiently. Great service!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT!! Where to begin… my car gave out on me at a nearby car wash; I called the store simply asking if my symptoms sounded like anything they knew; Jadon and I chatted and we weren’t sure due to the computer glitching in the car (stuck in ACC mode). We hung up; couple minutes later I get a call back from them, the manager Kelly who was supposed to be getting off took the time to not only call back and ask more questions, but then came OVER to the car wash when she didn’t even have to be working to help me diagnose. They even brought tools over and we were able to find that the battery had given out but like halfway into starting the car and had it stuck in the limbo. They gave me a jump, got me over to the store to get a new battery, AND Jadon replaced it right there for me. (Also shoutout Moises for the friendly attitude helpin out!) I literally can not say enough good things about the interaction… A true example of human kindness going out of their way at every step to help ensure I was taken care of. Thank you all again, keep being amazing humans!! 12/10 would recommend. 6/5 stars. ?
