My main dispensary. I usually leave very happy, but found out today they changed their rewards point system. I had a lot of points saved up and received no notice of the change. However, Matt was very helpful today and gave me an email to voice my issue. Hoping they get back to me so I can make this a 5 star review like it should be.

Edit: I was given points back, but still need to use the new system. Not the desired result, but a good compromise.

Been going to Ayr for a couple years. Friendly place well used to be. Now Everytime I go in am I escorted by security and I have noticed that if there is multiple people in the store I am the only person that gets escorted in and out. I don't understand why I am being targeted just want my medicine and go home. I will definitely not to going to a place that escalated my anxiety. Don't want to say it a race thing but it just really funny how I am treated now after spending a lot of money there. My advice to anyone with anxiety from being around armed people don't go there at all. It was a wonderful place to go to but I don't know what happened to this dispensary but I will not be spending any of my hard earned money there ever again. I will advise my friends to no longer shop there because of how they have treated me and for making me feel like a criminal.

Changed point system. I had over 3000 points saved and was supposed to get $80 off per 1000 points. They recently changed the points system with no warning and will not honor old rewards system.

I genuinely love this location. I have no problem driving almost an hour away from my house (depending on traffic....it's a busy area for sure) but its always worth my time. Everyone in there is so gracious, friendly & have always been extremely helpful when I go in without an order already placed. I walk straight in to happy faces & never had to wait more than a minute or two until I get a "budtender" as I call them. I appreciate them so much & how awesome they are. 5 stars for sure!

They are currently closed. No emails were sent out, except for my pickup order being ready, and I wasted time and gas coming out here!!! Ridiculous!!!!
