Never had a bad experience thus far. Always fast and easy service regardless of pre order or walk in. Never wait more then 5-10 minutes and the prices are pretty decent for this area. I had cash but decided to pay with debit card … my order was. 56 dollars . Placed order online . I went to pay with debit card and they tried chargibg 60 PLUS $3 for some bullshit ATM charge fee..

Horrible service. Made an online purchase and went to pick up and they did not have my entire order and what do you know they sold out of some of my purchases. Verilife has much better prices. They will get my business in the future.

Sorry but it's the truth if I'm spending 2 or 3 hundred DONT Give me attitude because you woken up on the wrong side of the bed or you didnt get laid the night before, that's not my problem, bottom line !!! EXTRA DETAIS AGAIN.

Thanks for telling me to reply to you so you can improve your service. I'll pass, all the details are below Except that I think I had the same person wait on me that others are complaining about. That would be the tall black man. Note his reply below. My phone number is on my records. Please call me.

Extra details. Two times in a row, I and other patients have had to stand outside and wait on someone filling out an application. 1st time it happened, I waited 30 minutes and had to leave. Used to be that you'd come in and they'd hand you a clipboard and you'd take a seat. Or you'd fill the paper out in your car. Cashiers response was "Everyone has had to fill out an app, you did too". I filled mine out in the lobby. Please please please change this. Very soon the patients will have to wait outside while it is cold. Especially now that you have a competitor (Hive) up the street that's not doing this to patients.

As far as PA dispensaries goes, this has been the most expensive. It seems since their competitor closed down they saw it as an opportunity to price gauge. $20 grams where it's 12-13$ at most everywhere else? $80 for 1G carts? Please. As well they let people wait in the cold while literally no one was in the waiting area..I felt so bad inside as it rained on them. It looks like Danville has no choice but to deal with corporate greed for now
