Ube fans unite! This unassuming place had so many Ube options, my head was spinning! Everything from Ube pancakes, Ube ice cream, Ube stuffed pastries, Ube mini cupcakes, Ube custard, and even an Ube flaky meringue buttercream cake that is TO DIE FOR.

This tiny gem of a store also has everything you need to make your favorite Filipino dishes. There’s a whole wall of fun and tasty snacks, bakery and dessert items, and a fridge/freezer of pre-made ready to cook/eat favorites like lumpia, siopoa, halo-halo, and tocino. Beyond Ube, their ice cream freezer has other unique flavors like pandan, lychee, and langka fruit.

Fridays and Saturdays is when they restock on stuff like pan de sal and sapin-sapin. These treats sell out fast so get there early!

There is a teeny tiny parking lot just west of the store, or plenty of street parking on Venice.

Definitely worth a stop!

I love this market and ever since the renovation, it has been 500x better in terms of organization, variety of products, and cleanliness! I love how Bahay Natin caters to the Filipino community of West LA by offering such a large variety of products in a relatively small space, and as a plus they even have fresh turon on Saturdays! Also, the owner is so sweet and very friendly and she answered all my questions happily. Thank you so much for being here for the Filipino community!

Nice convenient Filipino store for your essentials. We got to meet the new owner Ellen today, who is so nice. She revamped the store layout and look. It's very high tech, clean and well organized now. She did a great job. She also sells some veggies to make your typical Filipino dishes and frozen lumpia. We will be coming back to get more snacks, noodles, sauces, etc.

Super cute Filipino store! The owner lady was super nice, she stocks thai ingredients for curries! The only place I could find galangal, lemongrass and kafir lime leaves for Thai curry that's outside of Thai town. Thanks!

Ok, small place. Understandably a little pricey as it's the only neighborhood pinoy store. Shelves are a little empty.

Very small and quaint grocery shop that carries the basic Filipino ingredients when you don't feel like driving all the way to wherever the big Filipino grocery stores are or when you're feeling homesick but still feeling lazy about driving far.
There's is no parking lot, street parking only.
Be careful about walking in next door as they are both asian stores but from different regions. I've made that mistake.
Staff has always been friendly.
Baked goods, noodle ingredients, condiments, frozen meat- some of the examples of what you can find here.
