Too dang lazy or just don't care enough to up dare web page. Poor selection, poor quality and poor service. Will never be back and I urge my neighbors to do the same.

I appreciate your response but don't understand your confusion. Like most people we would rather spend our money locally but to be honest you guys make that a problem for the consumer. First your hours are awful, you close at the same time most of us get off work and then at noon on Saturday when most of us need access to your products. And even though your web site proudly proclaimed you were open Monday, a 30 minute drive revealed you werent.Second when lumber is purchased, your guys have no problem throwing wrapped, broken or twisted lumber in your truck. Yes I know the customer can ask that only usable boards be loaded but seriously, do you know anyone who wants warped 2x4's! And third your price are high enough that I can easily pay for the gas to drive to Texarkana.
If you do ever decide to focus on customer satisfaction, you should start by going to Lowes or Home Depot on Saturday, I think you will be surprised how many of your neighbors will be there.

Without meaning too, I think your response proves my point.
1. Having the same hours as you did in the 70's, may seem like a badge of honor for your business but I assure you it isn't. We live in a different world today, more people are doing home repairs on their own than ever before. The big box stores know this and they cater to this customer base. Not to mention that nearly everything you carry can be ordered online and delivered to to your door.
2. If your web developer makes it too difficult or too expensive to update your store hours. It may be time to find a new developer. I normally would have not checked you web page to see if you were open but being a holiday I thought I had better check, it said you were open. Oh and by the way there was another vehicle leaving the parking lot when I pulled in, so I guess I wasn't the only one to be ignorant of your 50 year old schedule.
3. If your guys only "mistakenly" load warped lumber I would keep them away from sharpe objects and keep the glue and paints locked up. I mean honestly how hard is it to not load defective boards.
The good news is you don't have to deal with me. I'm sure my small amount of business will not be missed. I wish you and your employees nothing but the best. We live in this community and want all the local businesses to prosper, it makes our community stronger. But if they want dollars to stay local they had better offer convenience and quality of service to offset the benefits of going elsewhere.

Poor service. I don't recommend this place. They had tried to accuse me of theft when the cashier messed up. Didn't want to refund me my money. Had a smile on their face the whole time. . I'll drive to Cove to get my materials.

My dad bought a box of ceiling tile box was taped up when got and thru in back of truck by guy. When got home in Mena opened box over half of box ruined and couldn't use tiles its over a hour drive and my dad didn't feel like driving back. So its sad that they cant look at what thier selling to older folks before they leave store. So inspect your stuff before selling to customers. Alot of people dont live in same area.
