I absolutely love this shop. The owner(s?) and staff are so friendly and nice. I always empty my entire wallet at this store. I definitely recommend it for people looking for beautiful vintage items that look right out of Hollywood.

Great shop, lots of cool stuff. The shopkeeper is kind and we had good conversations. You can tell she is passionate and knowledgeable about vintage. We will always stop into Bang Bang when we're in Humboldt.

Lots of true vintage clothing, some items can be pricey but I can tell the owner knows their worth. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The only downfall is their hours can be very hit or miss, many times when I go to shop there’s a new handwritten sign on the door with a reason the store is closed that day.

Worst experience ever. I was sold a defective item, which I really hope was unknown by them because if that's the case, their business is even more pathetic than I view it now. Regardless, I left thinking I could fix the item, which is what they told me, which I did but then it began falling apart completely, rendering it completely unwearable. I called pleasantly and stated what happened and I was treated rudely and judgmentally when I asked for a refund. This was all over a $25 item too. They didn't even take any responsibility for the crap that they sold me, obviously I would not have paid a cent for the item if I knew it couldn't have been fixed because it ended up going in the trash. Don't shop here, there are better places in Arcata to shop.
