Customer service needs some work ! Ordered a carport door and paid for it , asked for it to be delivered., did not come in when it was supposed to. No phone call about the issue . Called the store found out it was out of stock or no longer available , picked out another one and had to call several times to check on it . Was told it was there but did not know when it could be delivered ? Finally called and told them deliver it or cancel it ! Delivered it .
Awful customer service , will not buy anything there again .

The guys that were working when I went in were so welcoming and helpful. As a woman, sometimes I feel patronized when entering a place that typically caters to men. This was not the case. The right attitude was coupled with great knowledge of products. This combination made for GREAT customer service.

I went in for help selecting fittings, and gathering input for resolving a "sticky" plumbing issue at my niece and sister's recently purchased home. I found both! The home is about 40 yr. Old. The previous occupants we're elderly, and in declining health. Their children were overmatched by the upkeep needs of the home. Consequently, I found a mess when I chased the issue to it's source. I found the staff at Barton's to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I arrived with a problem, and left with all the needed material and confidence in the solution. Hard results to beat! Thank you Gentlemen.

Not very good for someone in a wheelchair, no ramp to get in, a small wait to get materials. Nice people and said they would take my complaint to management

So went to the Walnut Ridge Barton's to get a treated 2*6-12' the price was $27. Did not make it in time before they closed. So the next morning I was just gonna get the board at the Pocahontas Barton's since that's where I live and went in expecting the same price or close to it, however to my surprise the treated 2*6-12' at my store was over 1/2 the price it was 13 something before taxes. Can someone say BAD BUSINESS Barton's of W.R.
