Very good bookstore, the environment is very good, not only suitable for reading, but also suitable for taking pictures. I am not good at English and cannot read English books, so as a tourist, I choose to take pictures quietly and enjoy accompanying my family here.

Very cute book store with pre owned used copies at affordable prices and the layout of the store is very chill and feels like reading and wandering in nature. Great spot even just to peek if not planning to buy.

Absolutely loved it. So many books. It's like a labyrinth, nooks and crannies all filled with books. Outside in the sunshine. Beautiful space with nice, helpful, knowledgeable staff to assist with finding your favorite read. Good selection of books, mostly used (but some new), will definitely come back. Would highly recommend. Plenty of places to grab a bite or a drink nearby and the scenery is heavenly.

The best bookstore anywhere. It’s a gem and a national treasure, beautiful from every angle, absolutely unique. My son and I went there, planned to spend a few minutes; ended up being there half a day and shipping lots of books back home. Bart’s is worth a pilgrimage from anywhere to visit. The best of the best.

REALLY really enjoyed looking around here. One of the more unique bookstores ive been to. Everything is outdoors and it’s just so nice walking through all the old books. Such a cool experience. They just have so many old books it’s insane.

Always good to promote books. Being outdoors, many of the books are ruined in the rains. I have personally been in the store on 4 occasions where it was raining hard and saw the ruination and damage done. The staff are very rude, narcissistic and unhelpful. I have donated many books. Never a thanks. They throw away a lot of books, so check their dumpsters. Who throws good books away?

One of the most impressive bookstores I’ve ever visited, hands down. Its stunning location, stemming from an original residential home that has expanded to take on the entire lot is something to truly behold.

Mostly dealing with used books, you find an incredible collection of not only single books but categories of books. My favorite area was the art annex and I managed to purchase some amazing vintage books in great quality for the fraction of their original prices. That’s something you wouldn’t expect from a bookshop in an affluent neighborhood!

It’s completely overwhelming by its sheer amount of space and literature that it was hard to focus on any one area. Had I not been interested in art, I’m not sure I would have purchase anything at all since I couldn’t keep my concentration on any one location.

But it’s a beautiful sight to see and a must visit if you’re in town. And you can’t just help want to support it and feel good that you’re actually reading something that has history and not a backlit screen.
