The staff at the meat and deli department are very friendly and are quick to help you. The self-check at this location is not a headache, but clerks are close by with little wait time to assist you if needed ?

Nice store. Very clean. But I had an incident. I went to the milk cooler. I noticed a manager's special for $1. Thinking I was buying the milk for a dollar. Because the milk had 2 days of shelf life left. So it was full price minus a $1. With 2 days left. Well you do the math. Not a good sale.

I needed some special holiday type of meat and Johnathan was able to help out and was amazing! I wish all stores had this type of customer service!

Quality and service went down a little after Krogers took over the Bashas stores. Still a good value here and there, but you need to pay attention of sale items.

BUYER BEWARE: YOU WILL NOT GET THE DIGITAL DISCOUNT, BASHAS PLAYS GAMES, NOT AN HONEST GROCER

Been shopping here for years and had loved it FAR better than SafeWay because Safeway advertizes specials but when you check out YOU DO NOT GET THE DEAL. So frustrating being lied to. Now Bashas is the same, so dissappointed.

THey advertized Don Francisco coffee for $3.99 ONLY IF you had a digital app and account. I downloaded the app, signed in, ACTIVATED THE DEAL and bought the limit 4 then was happy.

Returned the next day, The Self Check Out Register would NOT scan MY ACCOUNT ID from the app, so I pulled the old key chain account card and scanned ID. Checking out I watched and IT did NOT GIVE ME THE DEAL and after 5 mins there was NO EMPLOYEE to Help.

I left angry, all groceries remain at Self check out and
I went to FRYs,
spent $143 AND WAS SO HAPPY I DID NOT HAVE TO PLAY GAMES TO GET THE DEALS.

Bashas has implemented a terrible new policy that discriminates against buyers if you do NOT allow them to abuse you.
Thank you but NO MORE BASHAS SHOPPING

Great deli. Great bakery items. Has unique items in frozen foods and excellent fresh meats.

There's something seriously wrong with this Bashas. It got worse during the pandemic, and never got better.

Today, there were NO cashier checkouts available, forcing everyone to use self-checkout, with just one employee trying to attend to all machines. Some machines (third one on the right) are unusably slow. Their price lookup for produce is ridiculous...search for "orange navel" and you get two identically-named results with different prices, on of many examples.

Produce is very hit-or-miss...about a third of their brown onions are spoiled inside. They're so understaffed that manned counters are unpredictably closed early. Don't go here after 4:00 if you're looking for fresh seafood. (And when it is open, the seafood selection is small and mediocre quality.)

Prices are slightly higher than comparable nearby stores. The few employees they do have on staff are well-intentioned, but not terribly useful. And would it kill you to add a cart corral in the north half of the lot?

I've been going here for 15 years, but I'm finally at the point where I'm going to drive a little longer for a much better Safeway or Fry's.

My favorite store in Scottsdale. It is so clean that you could literally eat off the floor! The produce is so fresh. The meat department has great prices, especially on the filets. The Deli has Boars Head products and can make a great inexpensive pizza! I ? % recommend!
