This business has improved a lot. It's clean it's organized as neat. The music and the speakers is warm and receiving, before they used to play a lot of music very loud with profanity even when kids were there

This place is awesome! I live out of state and called a week in advance for a customer Birthday cake. At the time they had a Valentine’s Day special so I wanted to confirm they can create a heart shaped ice cream cake. I initially requested an all black frosting cake with writing, but the associate informed me that although they can do it, the food coloring would make it taste bitter. Great heads up! They created a beautiful cake with designs, writing and on time. The crew here did a fantastic job crafting a lovely birthday cake that was super delicious (mint chip ice cream). Thank you guys so much for your creativity and professionalism, it is truly appreciated.

Super nice staff the girl working before closing march second was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I go here at night for some banana splits or some shakes. It’s very tasty, the prices are higher than they use to be but that’s just the economy now. 10/10 still in my opinion. Just go every now and then and the price isn’t as a big deal and it’s more of a treat. I also saw people say they don’t get a lot of ice cream, I saw in other reviews but we were served plenty 🙂

Why is there a 31 in the logo? I counted 14
flavors tonight with a completely empty freezer. What a disappointment. Stopped for two cups of chocolate.

Went to get ice cream and paid $9 for 3 infant sized scoops of ice cream. The fact that the girl thought this is an acceptable product to give someone is absolutely ridiculous, it isn't halfway filling the giant cup that it was put in! I will not be visiting this location again if this is all I get for $9 each

They are more expensive then any other location. Nice people but small milk shake is 4 dollars more then other locations..not right to over charge..nice lady though.

The last few times we’ve gone in craving a banana split, the bananas are so bruised. It’s quite embarrassing being that there’s a Target Grocery Store in the same shopping center where produce is sold. I would think the manager would not display them and say that they were out of bananas than embarrass their establishment.

Sad. This was our go to for our ice cream cravings. If you want to be dissatisfied and enjoy wasting your time by all means continue giving this location business. However, it will take more than just better service and adequate inventory to turn this locations poor customer satisfaction rating around. Do better, because you know better.
