Bath & Body Works my happy place for my favorite scents . I appreciate how as soon as you enter you are greeted by a smiling associate. This location is extremely clean and organized. During my visit I noticed both the Summer Collection and the Pride Collection were displayed, snatch these products up before they are gone. The cashiers rang up my merchandise at record speed and wished me a wonderful day. Always a treat to shop here.

The workers here are always so helpful. I went in because I placed an order online and went to pick it up. Apparently, the scent I ordered was canceled because they Jo longer had that scent, their stock was wrong, and it's been discontinued ?. However, the ladies working spent their time helping me find scents that were as close as possible to the scent I was looking for. I really enjoy this store and its workers.

Terrible experience. Plain and simple ,the customer service was terrible especially from the employee named Anna down right rude disrespectful not right for customer service will not be shopping at this location anymore and I hope no one runs into this negative Anna girl she's got some growing up to do .

Was here the other day, as I'm walking up to the display wall a worker came out of nowhere & stepped in front of me, she caught me off guard so I said hello. This girl looked me dead in the eyes & didn't say anything... ok fine. Got what I needed & turned to go to a different part of the store, the same girl is walking towards me & as she passed, burped my face! ? Didn't even say excuse me. Went to pay & since there was a bit of a line the same girl got on the register & called me to her line ‍♀️ I'm asking her a question & the two other girls where showing pics on their phone to her & they were all talking, so I asked my questions again & louder... to which she was just like un uh idk... & went back to looking at pics... while I'm waiting for her to finish doing her job since she came to a complete stop with the transaction. This location makes the Arrowhead crossing one seem great... & that one has a rude manager! At this point I'm pretty sure B&BW only hires rude people. You're around lotions & candles & pretty things all day, stop having ugly attitudes... its not that hard.

I was there to do a pick up from an online order. I asked one of the workers what to do. He vaguely pointed and said "Up there the cashier will help you out. The line was long to see the cashier but I waited. I then noticed a lady assisting ppl who just walked up to the counter. After 10 minutes that same cashier who pointed vaguely comes to me and says "you are in the wrong line" LOL... let's just say I then waited in the correct like to get my order and left. Way to go Mr. Vaguely!

I absolutely LOVE this Bath and Body Works!!! Great location, right off the highway. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! I have had ZERO problems at this location! I just got back home from this location...I bought 10 Fine Fragrance Mists. LoL. ?

Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely clean inside and smells so good!! I love that they rotate their scents so there is always something new. I love their foam hand soaps and candles! The Mango Mai Tai is definitely one of my favorite scents and hard to find. I like going in to the store so that you can smell the scent and see if you like it or not. I always try a different scent because it smells different once it is used.
