The guys saved us from a disastrous incident outside of Monument Valley with our camper. They were extremely helpful going out of their way to get parts, fix it roadside and get us back on our way the same day. They were incredibly kind and respectful. They responded asap, kept in touch, made sure we were safe, and were able to get us on our way before sundown!

Great owner and great towing service but my car has been sitting there for 6 months while they try to repair. They won’t even answer the phone anymore. I almost died trying to drive the car after paying 1,800 on repairs two months ago. Went right back to them and with them since.

What an amazing group of mechanics. This shop was my savior during a very stressful situation. I’m on my way to North Dakota and my tire literally flew off my truck. They came an towed me to the shop and then one gentlemen took me to a hotel for the night. The next day the team gathered me a new rotor, hub, put my full size spare on. We all laughed and joked and just felt so friendly and helpful. We’re all best friends now. They took the time to do the job correctly and made sure I was on my way. I’m so grateful to this shop and will forever remember the kindness and integrity of this group of mechanics. If you’re stuck on the road these are the type of mechanics you want picking you up. Make sure you’re friendly too then they work really hard.

Absolutely the BEST team! My family (including 5 kids)and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere, when it was over 100°, no thanks to our rental car company.

Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our rental company cancelled our tow truck twice before Dwayne got ahold of our situation and he fought for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He made sure we knew he and his team were going to make sure we were going to get home!

We were stranded for 42 hours on a holiday. I truly believe we would have been there for several more days had it not been for the BC Garage team. They drove all the way to Albuquerque to pick up our replacement vehicle so we could get home.

I wish we had been able to meet Dwayne so I could have hugged him.
I can not stress enough how amazing he and the team was.

This company saved my family from a catastrophe! Our car hit a rock, which popped both of the right tires. We tried to message many local companies, to no avail, as the road was flooded. Nearly 20 miles from the nearest town, it seemed that there was no way out. Luckily, we contacted them and they responded in no time, immediately trying to help us out of our predicament. The truck driver, Al, was nearly to our location, when he realized that the road was shut down. He spent 2 more hours taking another route to get us. Even when Al spent many hours on the road without eating dinner, he still kept a positive attitude and was incredibly kind to us. He went out of his way to safely transport us to a tire repair shop and an inn. In addition to everything above, the price was incredibly fair for the situation. I highly recommend B&C Garage & Towing to anybody who needs help!

We were stranded with a blowout and no other tow company in the area would come help us for less than $1,600. B&C was a little later than promised because half the crew was called to an accident but Ray and Al showed up and switched out our spare on the dirt in the dark. They were friendly and hard working!

That said, we can’t get them to send a receipt. We need it for AAA!

Very bad service, I honestly think they need to chill on payments... For their information; Navajos shouldn't be charged at all, but foreign visitors should be. Why this, reservation is a free country & the place is not fenced up & I heard so many crack-heads in the neighborhood that stealing from that place. They also charged us to much on a daily basis, & they didn't fix the damages we requested! What type of company doesn't is this? It doesn't secure a protect a person belongings! I shut it 👎👎👎👎👎👎 on all levels!

I had an accident in many farms I rolled my Tahoe, I was taken into an ambulance and they towed my Tahoe. I had brand new rims and tires on there and 3 of them were still in great condition. All I tried to get back were the rims and tires but the wouldn't do it. Now Ive passed by and saw all my tires were gone. 3 great tires, brand new tread and black rims. Gone.
