I was surprised to see negative reviews about the customer service. I spent about an hour trying to design the perfect hat. The blonde woman at the counter was extremely helpful and even gave me great dining recommendations (Bin22 was awesome by the way!)

Pricing was reasonable and the selection is great. They were willing to bend over backwards to help me find the perfect hat. I highly recommend Beaver Creek!

These are the BEST FOLKS and the BEST place to get a hat or anything else done in a 200 mile radius. We drove up needing some work done on some hats that have been in the family and were so nervous because we wanted it done right. These folks treated us so well and I finally got my first, real, GORGEOUS hat. While they were working on the other hats shaping and sizing, I left town. They called shortly after and were able to ship them. I cannot say enough good about Beaver Creek and will only ever come here again for any hat or leather needs.
10/10 and can’t say enough good!

Highly recommend Beaver Creek Hats. They had a wide variety of choices and prices ranges. I got to completely customize my hat. Ribbons, brands, feathers, etc. The employees were great to work with and very helpful. I will cherish this hat forever. This made the trip with my husband Out West even better! Thank you Beaver Creek!!

What they lack in customer service, they make up in their good selection of hats. I’m happy with my purchase, but the staff was quite rude. One of the employees (not even sure what his role was) just sat in the corner judging everyone. The store has two separate entities with no visual separation or indication to the customer. The employee got annoyed when I wanted to purchase some beads from the other “store” which was a display on a counter 3 ft from her register . How was I supposed to know there were two independent stores under one roof? I’m happy to never have to go back there again.

Also, not a huge deal, but I didn’t get a storage box with my hat despite spending a good amount of money.

Been shopping here for as long as I can remember, since I was a little girl. Stopped in to buy our family hats and my toddler was mesmerized by the gemstone display in the middle of the store. She likes to explore, and keep in mind she’s a 21 month year old who has been up since 3 am on the east coast to get here. Gentle, not making a peep other than placing stones down. Blonde middle age woman snapped back with a dirty, smug look on her face “can you just stop that it’s driving me insane.” I asked her if she could ask nicely. How miserable are you that you’re taking it out on a toddler? You have a problem, I will purchase the whole display. Took my family and said we will take our wallets elsewhere. Rather spend $1200 on a custom hat at Sing Hat Co. Will never return.

I sought this store out to purchase a special gift to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. However, upon arrival, sadly found all employees were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Did not help us with merchandise and had a negative attitude. I left empty-handed and very disappointed.

Traveled across the country for a vacation of adventure exploring Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. First stop was Jackson Hole. First store, Beaver Creek Hats and Leather. My wife and I were immediately greeted by the owner and his wife. A great and long conversation started as we were made to feel right at home. As I’ve always wanted a nice western hat, there were literally thousands to chose from and the time sped away listening to their families story and history of them landing there. When I finally chose the style hat John trimmed, shaped and fitted it to fit me perfectly. Never thought I would spent so much on a hat, but it really wasn’t about just the hat. Connie and my wife continued talking and John introduced me to his son who was working in the back of the store. The entire experience set the tone for our trip. Love the hat and wear it every chance I get, love the memories made that day with John and Connie. Thank you from a couple of folks from New Hampshire. Can’t wait to go back.
