Racist Attitude Towards Asian Americans

I visited on September 22, 2024, and the employee's attitude was incredibly unprofessional. If you looked up "condescending," her face would surely be there.

She spoke down to everyone in the store. I witnessed her yelling at another customer for simply opening a shoe box, then belittling him for looking at women’s shoes. To my shock, she mumbled under her breath about how annoying “these types of people” are to another customer.

As for my experience, I was looking for a specific model to try on. When I asked for a size, I wasn't entirely sure how sizing worked, and while she did provide it, it didn’t fit comfortably. When I requested a size down, she responded, “We can’t keep guessing through every size. That’s not getting us anywhere. Why don’t you measure your foot? That’s where you should have started.”

This was my first time shopping for work shoes/boots, and I wasn’t offered any assistance with sizing. I simply went with my usual shoe size and tried on a wide and medium width. I didn’t think asking for one size down would be such a big deal.

I was so put off by her attitude that I didn’t catch her name initially, but when I called, I learned it was Kaylin. If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider her role.

So impressed with Beck shoes, Julian G. helped me, I told him of my foot, hip n back pain n wanting a pair of sandles n sneakers, he really knows his stuff. I wore my sandles All day at a party n had NO hip, foot or back pain.
I will never shop anywhere else. Sure they might be a little more but not really after I threw away the 25 cheap painful pair I bought. Thank you Julian!!!

I always choose the Becks location in Milpitas, even though I live in Antioch, because of their exceptional customer service. Kaylin, who often assists me, is incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect insoles for my plantar fasciitis. Thanks to her, I went from struggling to press the gas pedal to drive due to pain to comfortably standing on concrete for over 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

We went in the person working was flustered busy my girlfriend asked the association to look up what she got last time and the worker didn't give her a wide fitting shoe now the ones she's been wearing are to tight be careful the workers are careless and hooka shoes aren't cheap.
