Would not recommend! We made an appointment for my daughter to look at dresses at noon. Called the number and the phone rang. Its inside the white hall mall so the cage door is down we can see a light on and hear the phone ring when we called. No one answered us. Very disappointing since there was 4 of us and we drove from opposite places to get here a little over an hour.

3) NOT worth your time (ALSO apparently you need an appointment to try on ANY dress).

Long version:
My sister and I went to Bela's Bridal to look at wedding dresses. The woman who runs the shop said we needed an appointment to try on wedding dresses. I looked at their website in advance and it DID NOT state you needed an appointment to try on dresses.

My sister and I were SO upset. The woman was NOT customer service friendly. There was NO ONE else in the boutique, and we DID NOT need her assistance to try on ZIP-UP DRESSES. I did not understand why it was such an issue, but it left such a bad taste that we told the women we would buy our dresses elsewhere.

I've tried to leave a detailed review, but so much went wrong with this terrible little boutique run by fraudsters....I've exceeded character limit 3x. Short and sweet, deceitful sales tactics. No dress can be ordered new, but the price tag doesnt change even if youre buying off the rack. convenient right? Whatever, my daughter loved it. I however, did not appreciate learning from the seamstress who hemmed my daughter's gown, that the dress had been significantly altered before. Um, we bought it brand new, or so we thought! This sheisty hole in the wall "bridal" shop fails to mention they're selling you a pre-owned dress, with a fake brand tag sewn into it. The dress we bought "new", had been altered in the bust and waist already!!! Not cool, I'm all about second hand, I encouraged my daughter to get a used gown. However, charging $399 for a dress that you've tagged and disguised as NEW, is incredibly sheisty! LET CUSTOMERS KNOW YOUR GOWNS ARE PREOWNED! Gowns can't always be altered more than once. Perhaps the sales clerk was too busy on her phone call the entire two hours we shopped, to tell us...OOPS? I would not ever recommend anyone turn to these people or their dresses for your special occasion! Trust me, stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Instead of sitting at the register taking selfies ask if we need help. When we asked her a question we were told "hold on" while she finished capturing a photo of herself. I'm there looking for not 1 but 2 dresses for my daughters I'd rather spend double the money on each of their dresses for a helpful employee. Prom is a special time for the girls so get staff who enjoys customers and gives customer service. We were there at 230 on Monday April 24th

Don’t bother coming here. It was my first time looking for dresses and I left feeling depressed. Barely any variety, terrible lighting, no help, just an overall letdown…
