Went in for the first time to shop for a prom dress for my niece. Right when i told her we were shopping for a prom dress she said “oh we dont have a lot of dresses for prom” then as we were looking around the lady did not tend to us at all. Finally we were going to leave and I asked her if she knew of any other dress stores and she said “girl do i look like I shop for dresses” She had a piercing on her lip I believe. She was extremely rude worst customer service ever. I will never return do not recommend at all.

They were very rude. I was there for a quince dress for my daughter. They didn’t give me a chance to explain what I needed they said they were too busy with prom clientele that I could just call them some other day. So I ended up going to a different place whom were a lot more busier and we still got the attention we needed and I ended up purchasing a dress for $1200 and very happy with their service so they missed out on my purchase.

Since the moment we walked it they greeted us and assisted us. They helped us choose out from different styles and color dresses. They made sure we were satisfied with the dress. Overall great experience! Beatriz was such an amazing help. Definitely recommend.

They were very very rude, my sister needed help finding a dress for my wedding. she made an apt to try on dresses that would fit her body type and they were extremely dismissive and not helpful at all.

The Sells girl or I should say women was so incredibly rude. As soon as she opened the door, I'm glad my daughter didn't decide on a dress from here because with customer service like that I wouldn't support.

I went in to this store after not finding anything at David’s Bridal and I immediately found my wedding dress here! Beatriz helped me out she was very friendly and so helpful with all the small alterations. She made sure I was happy with every detail. Thank you!!

First time coming to this store and loved it. They have so many dresses to chose from. Beatriz was very nice and a lot of help. She helped us pick out the perfect dress for my daughters sweet 16. I would definitely recommend this place.

My daughter came here for her prom dress and we we’re here for over an hour. Erika was helping us with dresses. She was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. She had excellent patience with us because my daughter literally tried on the “Whole” store. Erika never once made me feel like we were taking to long. I will be coming here when we need another dress.
