While my experience was overall good with customer service, if you forget a lot of things or are extremely busy, DO NOT ORDER HERE. They never call you about your dress status even when they say they will and I was told I’d get a call back 2 days ago and still nothing. I had to call myself to finally know that my dress was ready less than a month before the date. Other than this, the dresses are beautiful and I was really happy with mine.

Wasn’t there to buy today, but the staff was incredible in helping me look and try on some of the dresses based on what I was looking for! My toddler was with us, and they were so sweet to her and walked around with her while I tried them on. Professional, friendly and excellent customer service. They had a great inventory of dresses that could be used for formal or prom events as well!

The service that they gave us was amazing the prices for the dress+ crown+ mega crinoline was just 813.00 dollars and people might think a dress for that cheap wouldn’t be so pretty but it came in gorgeous it is my dream dress we tried looking for a dress like the one that we got and when I finally found it I was so happy this company is so good I definitely recommend EVERYONE to buy a dress from here the workers were also super nice I love everything from here 100% would buy again if I could have 2 quinces

Everyone was super helpful from the 1st day we walked in , to picking up my daughters dress ! The process was super easy. The dresses are amazing. We drove 3 hours to come see them! Definitely worth it !
