My husband bought a valentine bouquet for me and was expecting a big beautiful bouquet considering the fact that he pre-paid $109 dollars for it. When he went to pick it up he was very shocked to see that the bouquet didn’t look much different than something he could get at Publix. In fact roses that he had bought for me from Costco looked better and lasted a lot longer for a fraction of the cost. He actually returned to the store and asked the lady working there “ Is this seriously it?” They made no effort to make it up to him or apologize that the bouquet wasn’t what he was expecting. This is a photo of the roses after they were at the house for a week. They looked about a week old when we received them. Also the vase wasn’t included.

Unbelievable turnaround for Mother's Day flowers! I thought I was screwed when I remembered to send my mom flowers last night around midnight Pacific Time. I searched and searched online, and none of the florists could deliver by Sunday. Somehow I found Belle Bouquet, and it was so easy to order these beautiful flowers online. I ordered them at about 3 am Central Time this morning, and my mom got them by early afternoon today, mere hours after I placed the order! And she said they are the prettiest I've ever sent. Belle Bouquet has a new loyal customer. Thank you!
