Amazing customer service. I have never been anywhere before where the owners and employees were so kind and helpful. I purchased my 10 year anniversary ring on a whim from them during a trip to Santa Barbara. We just happened to be walking by on State street and saw some of the most beautiful estate jewelry in the window. We went inside and were greeted immediately. Everyone inside was so kind and helpful. We ended up returning the next day and purchased my beautiful sapphire diamond ring. I am still in awe of the beauty and quality of the pieces they have in store. 10/10 service and quality products. Thank you again Chelsea, Cliff and Joe for making it a memorable trip for us we will always remember.

My experience at Bella Rosa Galleries was exceptional. Working with Joe was easy as he is very kind and helpful.
