I brought my 2008 Dodge Ram into this shop for an alignment and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and informative.

They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my truck, what needed to be adjusted, and why it was important—not just rushing to get the job done, but making sure I understood the process. The level of transparency and honesty was refreshing. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right.

They also gave me a few helpful tips on tire care and suspension maintenance specific to my Ram, which I really appreciated.

If you’re looking for a tire shop that goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly recommend!

So friendly and professional. Fixed my tire and squeezed in an oil change in great time. They even fed me lunch. 😄 They had a jigsaw puzzle going to keep me busy. Small town feel with professional, big company service. They've been our tire, oil, and brake choice for decades.

MOST HONEST, AFFORDABLE PLACE IN NWA. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT PEOPLE. If you feel insecure about car knowlege, no worries needed that you'll get swindled. They always give great advice and the prices make me feel like it's 1993 again!

I took five 1929 Model A Ford wheels and tires to get mounted to each other. He did a great job, taking care not to scratch my rims. I sure appreciated his doing this for me!
I would recommend them to anybody needing tire work.

Excellent service!!
Took care of my vehicle issue promptly and without upselling me on other products or services. Just moved to the area and was in need of a good shop to bring my cars to. And they do more than just tires and oil changes! The fellas even stayed late to get my truck out the same afternoon I brought it in.
Will definitely be back! Great people here, dont hesitate to bring you vehicles to them!

I brought a 2015 Chevy Silverado in to get front end lower ball joints replaced as well as a front end alignment. After leaving the castle nut came off ball joint and ball joint came out of A frame almost causing an accident, along with a dissatifactory alignment and a sway bar that was never connected. Not sure why it was disconnected. found skid plate bolts missing. Called the manager and he advised us to bring it back in and they replaced the ball joints again and did another alignment and reconnected sway bar, after picking the truck up a few days later the brake caliper bolts came out and caliper came off the rotor and damaged the wheel speed sensor and caliper.(1800$) Called again and discussed the issues with the shop manager and he claimed it wasn't like that when it left their shop, he said he would look at it again and potentially be charged again to fix the issues. Tried to be respectful and understanding, I had to get truck towed back to shop for him to decide anything, Instead of facing issues a 3rd time decided on doing the remaining work my self to avoid more problems or an accident. With that being said I would not recommend any work being done with them, just wanting people to be aware the type of work being done here, I would believe people have had more issues leaving there than they have when they arrive. I recommend to everyone that's had any car accidents after having any type of service done at Benton county tire to investigate why the accident happened. I assure you it was caused by the type of performance of this shop. These folks need to understand that they are putting peoples lives in danger due to neglect. No money was refunded or offered to be refunded at any point of having these issues. Only that I may be charged more money. Like I said I'm really trying to be respectful about this situation and that I want everyone to know their putting your family at risk when you have any type of repairs done at Benton county tire.
