This dealer was just plain awful. My visit started with the salesman taking a long time to find the keys. Turned out someone else was driving the car I was looking at and had serious interest in it. This was not expressed to me, and so I proceeded to waste three hours of my time negotiating just to be told the car was sold to someone else. They then tried to sell me a car that I did not want that lacked features I wanted. The sales manager was rude and spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up buying a car from another dealer the very next day.

The salesmen kept following up with me, so I kindly told him that I went elsewhere. Now I also get the privilege of multiple emails in my inbox that will only reinforce my decision never to buy from the Sales team at this dealership ever.

I was in the unfortunate situation to have my car break down. I ended up being towed to Bergey, the service team was excellent, unfortunately my car would have needed more repairs than it was worth. Nice, quick and easy process. I reached out about a Jeep Wrangler they had on Monday, did the test drive Tuesday, left with the Jeep on Thursday. The trade-in process was simple, and the paperwork for the new car was easy. My salesman Kevin was great as well!
