These guys are wonderful and that’s my honest opinion. Every time I go in there quick to help they save me money. I want to send out a special thanks to Luthier and Friend Mike Mesmer of Bertrand’s Music in Menifee, Ca. (Riverside County).

I’ve been taking my gear to him for many years now. I am very selective of who I trust with my custom basses. It took a lot of time and research but it paid off. The staff are great as well, always helpful and such a good vibe there.

Mike has been doing this for 25+ years and does outstanding work keeping my bass guitars excellent playing condition. He was most recently able to save the 1960’s jazz neck on my custom Fender. So Grateful!!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I asked for some advice on a potential upgrade but after a quick consultation with the guitar tech, he offered his honest opinion and gave me a more quality and inexpensive solution, rather than having me spend a unnecessary amount of money on labor and parts. They are more considerate about their customers and their instruments than just getting quick profit, very genuine of them.

I’ve been a few times before to get fkute cleaning materials, and they’ve always been kind and helpful with me! I had to go yesterday to see if they could fix a piece on my flute that’s broken off. At first, they kindly told us they didn’t have said part, and suggested online repair websites, but they improvised fast but it would take up to a month which I don’t have time for. when I said I have a competition on Saturday, and gave some temporary adhesive for it! Great employees and nice as well, I’d 100% recommend them!

I have taken several guitars to this shop for service. Mike is an excellent guitar tech and he stands by his work! His prices are fair, and he has fast turnaround time too. Guitars are personal, and he has had no problems making follow-up adjustments to get your instrument personalized in perfect playing order. This is a small business that I know will take good care of you and your instruments.

Awesome local music shop that isn't guitar exclusive! Percussion, strings, woodwinds, brass, they've probably got what you need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are about in line with GC, but without the drive! I cannot recommend them enough ☺️

These folks are great!!! They repaired the electronics in my Ibanez bass and fixed the jack on my SG. Both sound great and back in action. Very reasonably priced for the work. Highly recommended!!
