4 stars because this store is really nostalgic. Several generations of my family have shopped here since it first opened. Nice staff but the grocery store is rather pricey. They do have weekly sales. They have good hours and are always open in a Holiday pinch. I am glad we have them. They also have a great butcher, Harris Ranch meats. I would say that is their specialty.

Great service. But prices are pretty high. Their quality of meat is not good. The butchers in the meat area gave more old beef short ribs. Had to go get a refund. Two weeks ago they gave me old raw shrimp. The smell was horrid. Wasn't even a fishy smell anymore just a rotting smell. I had to throw it away. Idk if the butchers are very experienced to know the difference or smell it. The coolers must not be cold enough or something so bacteria is growing. Those beef ribs had green color starting to form and smelt like death. They used to be good and that would be the only place I went to for meat but not anymore. They ll end up getting people sick and wasting a chunk of money since beef isnt very cheap anymore.

I like this store a lot. Employees are always friendly, they almost always have what I'm looking for, and the prices are sometimes better than larger chain stores. The quality of fresh produce and meats is great, and they have a good selection.
