only negative I have is if the cooler is not running to cool the tower, the 1st beer comes out foamy but after that it's completely fine. ended up ordering a booster fan from Amazon($25) that with run 24/7 to keep the tower cool so never any foam 1st beer pour

After looking at free standing wine chillers for a while, I found Allavino from Beverage Factory. The sales support was extremely helpful, unlike competitors, in helping to choose the right unit for my specific needs. They actually directed me to a unit different than the one I called about which was less expensive and a better fit for my needs. From a customer service perspective, anyone can do well when no issues arise. I had an issue with my shipping, they were responsive and fixed the issues quickly and followed up as well. The contracted white glove delivery was excellent, and the unit is in place in my basement, balanced and ready to go. I highly recommend Beverage Factory.

I purchased an Allavino wine fridge from Beverage Factory some time ago and it has been working very well. Occasionally the unit will have faults and I was always able to reach a knowledgeable rep at Beverly Factory for assistance. Some issues are simple and some are more obscure. First off, I want to be perfectly clear that this unit was advertised and shipped as a homebrew kegerator. This means it should ship with connectors that would accommodate homebrew Cornelius kegs, not commercial Sanke kegs. It did not. There is not even an option to pick out different connectors. Nor should there be, because presumably it would ship with the correct ones. The model I purchased is model HBK309X-2NK. As of this writing, it is still available and you can visit their website and see this for yourself.

The 29/32"-14 female adapters at the end of each liquid line needed to be cut off. Since they were crimped to the hose with a machine, rather than a removable clamp, these fittings were essentially useless at that point.

The beer line has a 3/16" ID, yet the ball lock keg couplers are 1/4". This made it necessary to either force the 1/4" coupler barb fittings into the smaller line, or buy more fittings. Since I was able to get the barbed fitting into the tube with some effort, I took that route, only to then discover the included plastic clamps were too small to work. Now I needed to find small hose clamps to get by.

All in all, this proved to be a frustrating experience. It did not have to be. Had the Beverage Factory actually looked at the bundled equipment they were selling, these frustrations could have been avoided. Including 1/4" swivel nut fittings at the end of each beer line would have solved the problem. Including 3/16" barb to 1/4" swivel nut adapters would have also solved the problem. Bundling ball lock keg couplers with 3/16" barbs would have worked. Unfortunately, none of these options were implemented, and it winds up making for a poor end user customer experience.

I've had Beverage Factory kegerators for 4 years now, and they are fantastic! I had a small problem with a cross fan going out, and Bree was quick to ship a new one out to me at a great price. Upon getting it, installing it was another story. You could see it, touch it, and get to it easily, but replacing it was another problem. Bree to the rescue!! She not only found out how to do it, she took pictures and made a slide show with every screw and part that had to be taken out or moved!! Talk about a picture being a thousand words! Not only is everything they sell great quality and a great buy, but if you ever need assistance, like Bree, they go above and beyond. Thank you, Beverage Factory, and thank you Bree!!!!!

Beverage Factory helped me give a great Christmas Gift! Kaylyn went above and beyond to help me with a last minute part upgrade as well as a warranty part exchange. Both of these were resolved as quickly as possible. Product is exactly as advertised. Build quality and instructions are good. Shopping experience and support top-notch. We will absolutely shop with them again in the future.

Only minor note: the kegerator did not come with clamps for the air lines. Thankfully I spotted this early and picked some up because we needed them. There are thumb-screw style ones on amazon that are fairly cheap and work well.

Another post. After I finally mounted the tap tower to my new bar counter, it was so tall that even with low profile tap handles the upper cabinet door hit the top of the handles with the standard 14" tower. I sent them the photos of this and they shipped out a 12" tower for me with a prepaid return label for the 14" tower even though I offered to pay for shipping. Amazing service from Bree!
