Moved to Dreaming Summit and needed to find a new dog groomer for my 15 year old Chiweenie and 6 year old cattle dog. I first went in as a walk in to get the Chiweenies nails trimmed. Then I booked an appointment a few weeks later for both dogs to be groomed.
Convenience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-I love that you can text them.
-I have never had to wait weeks for an appointment.
I want a groomer who does a good job which to me means, done correctly, I don’t have to worry about my pets safety, and my pet isn’t there all day locked up in a kennel. They do all of this with the added benefit of convenience.

I’ve been taking my dog to Bia’s on Dysart for about 1 year however when I recently took him, he came back almost bald when I specifically told them just a trim, and I know for a fact he wasn’t matted because I brush my dog everyday. Also he had 2 minor cuts that I noticed when we got home and the fact that they didn’t even mention it, that upsets me. I really trusted them with my baby, but after these past couple visits I’m certain I will never take him back. It’s so unfortunate because we really liked this place but it’s not the same anymore.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My dog gets so excited when he realizes where we're going. They have really great prices and add on deals.

I found Bia's in a Google search and saw they had cat grooming services. I couldn't be happier with the experience and quality. For this visit, I only used their bathing services but I look forward to scheduling a full service soon. They said Thor was on his best behavior and can't wait to see him again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They sent me home with a dripping wet dog. Really They care about my dog? No. DONT GO THERE!!! They do not care about your dog!! I r been going to Shannon for several months. I’ve tried working with her to get the haircut I want. No luck!! I tried switching to a diff groomer & they sent my dog home dripping wet!!! Worst experience ever
