If only all customer service was like this....
My partner has been eyeing this beautiful (mint ice-cream) bike at the store for a while. She pulled the trigger today. Robert took all his valuable, and busy time and dumped it on us. He took the time to explain everything and any questions we had on the tecnology of this new bike, as well as being so flexible with all the little details that made my partner happy and have the perfect bike she's being looking for, such a comfy grips, a different saddle, heck.. Rob offered to make the bike into tubless while at it too! We live in Ventura, but we now found our shop, and one worth the drive.

I went to Bicycles of Ojai looking for a bike to ride on mostly paved and gravel trails. Ron gave me realistic pricing for a variety of new and used options. I bought a used Trek bike from them, saving me hundreds of dollars. On my first ride, the chain would sometimes pop-off during high torque. Chris quickly diagnosed it, replaced the front sprocket with a brand new one for free, and without any hassle (they even included new handlebar grips). After many hours of riding, the bike is still running like a champ. I appreciate their honesty, commitment to their customers, and highly recommend them!

I ride my bike to work daily in Ojai and I recently punctured the tube on my bike. I went in for a replacement tube and was given great advice on how to install it myself. Will be back when I need more help with my bike

We had a flat at the worst time and the kindness the owner showed was immense! Not only did he help us, but we learned how to prevent flats in the future and interesting historical facts about Ojai.
Princess (the dog) was extremely grateful she didn’t have to walk all the way home.

This is hands-down the most helpful, trustworthy and highly skilled bike shop in the county. I’ve gone to all of them at some point, because I grew up in Ojai and Santa Barbara- Trust me- this one is a real hidden gem.

I’m writing this because I just went to them after bending a derailer and hanger. I asked on a quote for a new derailer, and instead of jumping on a sale, they advised me to come in and have them reposition the hanger with their specialized tool and dial in the bent derailer. Most bike stores would have taken advantage of the sale instead of doing the right thing. After all of that they charged me a minimal amount for all of the service they did. I paid them an extra $5 because they didn’t charge me enough. 😂😂☺️

They have been doing this forever. Don’t go anywhere else. Also a great place to buy a bike for sure!
