Yesterday afternoon I noticed my tire light came on. I drove to America’s tire to get air put in & the guy that helped me was pretty rude. It was about an hour til closing so maybe he was just tired? He just told me it was my right rear tire and that it probably was just a small hole or nail in the tire. The light went away & I didn’t think anything of it. The next morning I started driving & it came back on. I usually go to America’s Tire, but they were closed (It’s was Sunday). So I went to Big Brand Tire & the gentleman that had signed me in was very nice & professional. He had looked at my tire & told me that my tire was worn down and the wires in my tire were showing & that it had to be replaced. So apparently it wasn’t “just a small hole or a nail”.. the other tires were fine. There was about 2-3 people ahead of me and 2-3 people after me. Unfortunately, I had my kids with me but he had made my tire change somewhat of a priority so that we wouldn’t have had to wait so long which I really appreciated. He told me we’d be out by hopefully 11:00am & we ended up leaving around 10:25am. So I was very thankful. The price was around $130 for just one tire, but in all honesty I was grateful because they weren’t closed & they were close by. All in all, I am very thankful for them being open on Sunday and appreciate all of their help! I highly recommend Big Brand Tire!

Big Brand Tire & Service has excellent customer service. First time taking my fleet vehicle there, so I dropped it off for an oil change and new tires. They were very honest with the time it was going to take, which I appreciate. Communication was great from the oil change to installing new tires to pick up. Martin is the real deal. He knows tires and has great customer service. He provided quality service and was patient with me throughout the process. I wish there were more people like Martin in the world. He’s passionate about his job and it shows. He appreciate people and has the patience to problem solve. Extremely awesome customer service, I called in advance to let them know my wife was going to take her car to repair a flat tire. They told me they would take care of her. When she arrived with my 3 kids they helped her right away. They fixed the flat tire at no charge. Highly recommend this shop.

I had a great experience with Big brand tire service this morning. I noticed My front tire was low on air and I drove to the nearest tire place and I would serve immediately by Martin. He checked me in and his folks checked out my tire and all is good. Services was complete in no time I was checked out by Daniel. It was so polite kind and with a smile..
