They will still come and get your car even when note is paid because they don’t want to organize nothing and if they didn’t like the payment given by the boss the son is awful and the lady who does the paperwork. My car caught smoke in the inside with my grandson and me inside. Car’s look nice but are junk you might get 2 good cars out of 15! The older gentleman is awesome but the son of he doesn’t like what his father price is,O they coming to get the car !

Its a country car lot so don't look for top rated customer service. But if u looking for a nice car without all the hassle, go here. I bought my car July 2015 & I only had to do is routine oil changes & needed brake pads. And another thing, u can't go out looking for the nicest car, u got to find something with low miles, without the check engine light on..... Just take a mechanic to check the car out because they tell u, no warranty. Thank god I never had no real problems & I got a 2010 Honda accord.

We had a vehicle with them that gave us nothing but issues. They don't keep good records of payments and claim not to receive payments though they were paid on person and via money orders. Even when you have a receipt they find a way to claim payment not received. They steal from you when they get the vehicle back without you getting your things out of it then say "what you want me to do about it." They have horrible service and i don't recommend anyone getting a vehicle from them.

Would not recommend them to ANYONE !!! I purchased a "09" impala which they lied about it was a "08" the transmission went out writhing the first few months they claim to have fixed I was without a car for weeks and they still wanted me to pay a car not on a car I didn't have ! Customer service is trash I was literally talking face to face with BJ while he was eating a chicken bone in my face. I don't see how they are still in business PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THE "will work with you deal" just to get in a car !

The worst car lot I've ever been to in my life!!!!
Customer Service is absolutely disgusting. Not even a week after purchasing the car from them the motor went bad, the coolant fan and the pulley needs to be replaced. I've called up there 7 times in the past three weeks and every time I call absolutely nothing is accomplished. Stay FAR AWAY from this dealership people!!!!!!!

Don't go here period! They all lie together and want 2k down on a piece of ?! Cars be junk cars really cars he need to sell as cash cars bc he will not fix anything if you leave the lot. I went back the very next day to trade my car in bc it needed struts and I hate the muffler noise. Sammy saw me outside talking to a mechanic turned around and went right back inside shot me a bold face lie about the lady who redo paperwork gone and she was sitting in the building. Just was looking for a car to get me to a to b so I can work but DON'T EVER come here and spend your money. I read the reviews and knew I shouldn't have came either but I was running out of options with no income. Tires bad on the vehicle and one blew out on me on the interstate. Smh f..k BJs!

Mr. Sammy Bailey has and have been good to me. You have to go and talk to him face to face don't wait until your 2-3 months behind on your note or being repoed and down grade him and his business. Am speaking on my behalf cause if I can't afford anymore what I have may it be a car or bike I will return it myself you don't have to send NO ONE LOOKING FOR ME.

I purchased a truck from BJ's Auto in November of 2016. It "test-drove" fine and therefore I felt I was making a good purchase. I learned just 1 month later that the truck would not start and the salesman "Ski" offered no solution or compensation.
I have learned that they have a tendency of "fixing" the vehicles just enough to sell without disclosing what repairs were made. Had I known what they had done to this truck, I would not have made the purchase. I have added $1500 in repairs, and it will still not start.
I will not do business with this company again, and I caution any who are considering making a purchase with them.
