This is a small shopping and professional center which is easily overlooked. But it has many stores and eateries, my doctors office, a pharmacy, a liquor store, car parts store, and other places that make this a one-stop shopping center. And if you don't mind giving your money to our Chinese enemies, even the Bank of America is there. This center has survived the plague of business shutdowns that have hit Mira Mesa. It was up and running when I moved here 50 years ago, and it is doing well today. The stores have changed, but positive growth is continuous. Take a look around, and you will probably find places that you would patronize. And throw them your business, we have lost to many stores and restaurants due to the greedy landlords that own the buildings here. Shop while you still can.

One of the best Indian grocery stores.

Not so great place to buy Indian groceries but a good place for a quick run. Previously they also used to have Indian restaurant in the complex which was not great either. No wonder they closed their business.
The groceries in the store are usually expired so please check the dates before you shop. Have never tried their sweets or cake so cannot comment on that. Also I find them bit more pricey than the other Indian stores in the Miramar area.

A small mall with essential shops. I usually visit an Indian grocery shop, a Filipino restaurant and optometry, which are situated in this place. There is an adequate parking space available. The place looks ancient and that’s a nice feel. A common room can be added.

Couple restaurants/dinning options available here. Free parking available, however parking lot is pretty full during rush hours. Parking space is ok. Easy access. HWY I-15 is nearby. Couple small shopping options are nearby as well. Located at Mira Mesa.

Little shopping area with some restaurants. There’s a knotty barrel, cotixan, subway, pizza place & a few more. I personally enjoy coming to the Vons here because it’s clean and the check out line moves well.
