Been here for like thirty mins theres no employees the ones I find can’t help and when they can help they take forever. Everyone under trained and under qualified. What happened to customer service in this country ?

It's just a disgrace! The consultant Jeff is simply awful. Hidden smiles of contempt! I walked around the store and looked at shoes. Each time I took shoes that I liked and looked at them in the mirror to understand how they looked from the outside. One time the mirror was further away than usual; when I took brown boots. To which Jeff suddenly ran up to me, shouting "woman". When I looked at him in bewilderment; he asked what size to bring. Although he had approached me before; and I said that I was just looking, I did not need help at this stage. In the end, I took two sizes to try on. When I put on the last one, I realized that the heel was too high and it was uncomfortable. Jeff walked away, shaking his head. And began to tell something to other consultants. And when we were leaving, the security guard let us out through the last, most inconvenient door. Apparently, they all thought that I could steal something from the store with my 5 year old son! What a disgrace!!!!!!!!

I recently visited Bloomingdale’s to make an exchange, and my experience was mixed. When I first arrived, there was a bald man in a blue suit who was on his phone and completely ignored me the moment he realized I was making an exchange. Thankfully, a lady from the back came to assist me. She was really kind and tried her best to help, but it seemed like she needed some assistance with the system.

When she asked the bald man for help, his attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive toward her. I felt bad for her because she was genuinely trying to do her job, but he clearly had no interest in supporting his colleague or providing good customer service.

The lady’s effort and kindness are the only reason I’m giving any stars at all, but the overall experience left a bad impression. Management should take a closer look at how their staff treats both customers and coworkers.

Love it here! they have their own bathroom, charging stations, and plenty of seats to chill on. The staff are super friendly, especially Brisa who helped my girlfriend pick out shoes for an event we're going to! Thank you!

I was shopping for earrings. I saw online they carried on the website I wanted to see them in person so I went to a sales associate in the jewelry section an older American women with short hair possibly a manager, I said I had a question I’m looking for these and she said we don’t carry that here we only sale fine jewelry here. I said excuse me? In my head I was confused because clearly online on the website they have them for in store pickup at this Sherman oaks location and she said we don’t sale those hear an guided me to go shop at the store inside the mall I said okay if you don’t sell these specific ones can you show me what you have similar to this she said we only have diamond I can show you are diamonds I said okay and she said show me the earrings you want and I showed her ideas from there website page and she said no we don’t carry anything like that at that point I felt very uncomfortable and walked away I never would want to spend my money here again I always to curbside pickup for this location and I think after this experience I’d shop elsewhere it was that bad horrible customer service. I don’t understand why people work these kind of jobs when they are miserable to attend customers.

Recently, the customer service at the Lancôme counter at this Bloomies is EXTRAORDINARY, thanks to the new ebullient counter manager RUTH. Ruth is so personable, and her cheerful disposition makes your shopping experience fun! As a loyal Lancome client here for over 8 years, I never received a makeup session, despite my loyal family and I spending thousands of dollars on Lancôme moisturizers and eye creams over the years. An amiable, helpful, and enthusiastic lady, Ruth is upbeat, and very accommodating, and she has an abundance of wisdom about the multitude of Lancôme products, having worked with this cosmetics company for well over two decades!

Although I had not yet met Ruth and called her about a makeover, she went above and beyond, calling me back on a Sunday evening to follow up after Bloomies had closed! Ruth graciously called me back again a few days later and kindly arranged for a highly knowledgable and experienced makeup artist Julie to do a makeup session for me! When my sister and I visited Ruth before my makeup appointment, she pulled out a drawer full of samples of foundation colors and gave us a few to preview before finding the right one for my makeover and purchase. Wow! We were surprised: we never knew anything about this, despite coming here for over 8 years! In fact, the foundation shade that Ruth advised me to use was spot on, great choice!

Speaking about knowledgable, Julie - a gifted makeup artist at Lancôme - is detail-oriented and very clean in her work, sanitizing the makeup utensils. I greatly appreciate her guidance about the Lancôme makeup products. She helped me purchase two eyeliners, foundation, pressed powder - wonderful makeup products that I have never purchased before, other than Absolue moisturizers and eye creams. Ruth and Julie - such lovely and thoughtful sales professionals - encouraged me to purchase products that I had never considered using before! If the previous counter manager, from whom I purchased skin care products devotedly for over 8 years, had just once let me have a makeup session with her, I would have discovered these amazing makeup products much sooner! Both Ruth and Julie are friendly and so good-natured, and they strive to be helpful: they are welcoming and hospitable, and I'm most grateful for their help!

Bought a Kluft mattress 2 months ago and I've been having back pain since the 2nd week of owning it. I talked to the sales person I bought it from and he suggested getting someone out to inspect it. The next week the inspector came out and before even measuring noticed one side dipping in. When he measured it he noted a 3/4" sagging area the entire length of one side and reported it accordingly.
FYI my wife and I together weigh less than 260lbs and after only a few weeks, this $6000 mattress (which was supposedly retailed $12k) is already sagging.
I called after the inspection to see what to do next. The sales person said the 3/4" sagging was within normal limits but to take it up with customer service and that there was going to be a 15-20% exchange fee to get something else.
So far each time I've called to get help they've given me the run around.
Save yourself the headache and go to a real mattress store and avoid purchasing one here.

Christmas Store is on top floor just keep taking escalator up. With the exception of the crystal ornaments, most of the ornaments looked like Santee Alley merch. The displays are much nicer than Macy's tho. Definitely more inventory but still paltry compared to pre Covid Christmas. Mostly candies & stocking stuffers.
