One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. A very simple transfer of service (or just a disconnect and re-installation) turned into hours on the phone with conflicting information from agents over and over again. Condescending and unhelpful. Their systems don't make sense and don't' allow for service to be maintained when someone is moving. They lack common sense, courtesy and problem solving.

Blue ridge went to a new wifi for television system , This new system is the pits, can't watch TV with out interruptions every time the wind blows, try to call there service on Sunday and no one answers This new system sucks

Thus far… the rating stays! From the call, to the office visit, the staff was attentive, asked the necessary questions, solved my dilemma and the next day, the “home” run hitter was on site, addressed the concern. Asked questions before, during and after to ensure he properly not only addressed my issues but 1 or 2 that surfaced. And paired my remote!

Outrageous prices! Came a fixed a wire that elec company knocked down and then they knocked down a phone wire. Have no consideration for anyone's property and I was told I had to call phone company when they did it. Spoke to a supervisor ( who has no communication skills) and basically said that it was probably like that before. Company is a joke!

Prices are outrageous, they are only open 2 1/2 days a week for service, and cable boxes don’t last. Have to keep replacing them. I see they only comment on people’s positive reviews. They don’t care about anyone else’s opinions.
