As we where walking down Embarcadero Ave I can smell the cinnamon over all the clam chowder in the air lol.
I got one with nuts and got my icing on the side so it would not get soggy on me cause I was going to eat it later. Well I did take a bite for picture purposes, but I'd you love cinnamon rolls this us your spot check em out.

Honestly, don't go.
We could smell hot cinnamon from outside the door and walked in. It wasn't busy, and we got two of them. The cinnamon rolls were actually cold, so the smell wasn't them. After they got microwaved, we were served them. They were bland. It was rubbery and had to taste to them. Even after being put into the microwave, it was still cold.

My wife read good reviews about the cinnamon rolls here. We realized the good reviews were over a year old or older. Recent reviews of the cinnamon rolls are not as good. We should've heeded the more recent bad reviews. Maybe they changed bakers or something? The cinnamon roll seemed like it wasn't fully baked. The texture was a little too gooey. The topping was ok but not very cinnamony.

They have the best cinnamon rolls ever! I can recommend them to everyone who visits Morro Bay, California! The Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip cookies are also equally phenomenal!❤️

I've been coming to the shop for a few years. This place has been a "must stop" for me whenever I'm in Morro Bay. This trip was a bit disappointing. I always come for the truffles, and they were out of several of the flavors normally purchased. I was still able to purchase a few, but the quality just wasn't what it has been in the past. Im not sure what the difference was, but they just don't taste the same. Hopefully, this was just a one off and it will be back to normal on my next trip. The staff could be a bit more friendly, but it was a busy day, so they were most likely just tired. Wasn't very satisfied with this experience, but I'm not giving up my favorite sweet shop just yet. Fingers crossed the next experience is better.

I really wanted to love the cinnamon rolls. I waited for 45 minutes for them. They didn’t have enough salt and the topping needed to be sweeter. Overall pretty mediocre.

If you like giant delicious cinnamon rolls then this is the spot for you. If you're a picky whiney person than probably not, too many reviews of people on here expecting their personal preference at a place that makes giant batches of cinnamon rolls. Of course there is a line, the food is good.

Took me a few attempts to manage to get a cinnamon roll as usually when I've gone I'll smell them walking down the street and get pulled into the store, but then I find out they're out. I'd say the customer service has usually been subpar, but the cinnamon rolls are warm, buttery, cinnamony, and just plain awesome!
