Outstanding Service at BMW of Mountain View

I recently had an amazing experience at BMW of Mountain View, and I can confidently say they’ve earned my loyalty. After dealing with serious issues on my brand-new 2025 BMW M4 Competition xDrive, I brought my car to them, and their customer service exceeded all expectations.

The problem started with a loose axle bolt that caused issues with the axle and hub assembly. After further inspection, the team at BMW of Mountain View identified that the axle, hub, and a few other parts needed to be replaced to resolve the problem properly. They immediately ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the repairs.

Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated every single day with progress reports, ensuring I always knew the status of my car. Their communication was exceptional, and it made the experience stress-free.

I dropped off my car on a Friday evening and was promised it would be ready within 7 days. True to their word, I had my car back by the following Saturday. The service advisor (Israel) and the service director were incredibly kind, professional, and understanding of my situation.

Even though I needed a loaner vehicle at the last minute, they made it happen without hesitation. Once the parts arrived, their technicians worked quickly and efficiently, completing the repairs in just 5-6 hours. The axle, hub, and other components were replaced, and my car was returned in perfect condition within the promised timeframe.

It’s rare to find such a high level of care and commitment, but BMW of Mountain View truly delivered. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will most definitely bring my business back here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer experience and friendly environment. Flew half way across the US and drove the used suv back 2200 miles without a single worry or issue. If your looking for a good honest salesman, ask for Ibrahim. He went up and above to make sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at BMW of Mountain View. I had a scheduled appointment, which was confirmed by an employee named Ryan. However, despite waiting for over an hour, he never attended to us. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on excellence. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting negative impression.

My car has software issue and the advisor Kevin Tran helped a lot! This BMW place is the best to go! Much better than others. When I don’t have any coupon, Kevin proactively provided me some and saved me a lot of money. Kevin even waived some complicated diagnosis fee for me. Well communicated and transparent! Will go again! Highly recommended! They are very transparent. They took pictures and sent to you.

I leased a X3 with (dent protection, windshield protection, lease-end protection) ,sales says it is great and can be cancelled anytime, leased in 10/23 and return the car in 10/24.

At the day I returned the car, i requested cancellation those three protections. Things are interesting. Looks like everyone in the dealership forget it can be cancelled, even though in the contract term it shows cancellation is allowed and prorated. The manager gave me a email, say I should contact that email. But that email never replied (it is a valid email technically)
Then i dial 10 calls, typically one call say not my responsibility and transfer me to another dept. and randomly transfer me to an automated system, and failed. Nobody cares. Please don’t trust any protection can be refunded easily. Never trust.

It has passed 1 month. I am going to take legal actions to save me time and get back my money.

I also post this to another social media. I will keep posted. If you have similar experience, contact me, we can do a class sue.

[11/26] update: filed BBB and contact BMW Mountain View. They say oh finance department will contact you, but actually not.

[11/27] update: get a phone call, say will process the refund of 2 of three and send me a form let me write down, I ask why windshield is excluded, he said it is not allowed to cancel. He also requested me to offer a payoff confirmation letter.

[12/2] Update: Someone inside the BMW MTV sent me a paper and I signed. And he told me please allow 4 - 8 weeks.

[12/8] Update: I think another 4 - 8 weeks are too long. It has already been 5 weeks from the day I returned the car and requested the refund. Obviously the dealership can do it, but they insist I contact some useful email.
I reasonably infer that, during those days, they will do a lot of FANCY operations. Make it longer and make me forget this refund. I would say no. I want to show them my determination.

[12/13] Update:
1. I sent an email on 12/08 to BMW MTV about the status query, no response by far.
2. I sent an email on 12/08 to Customer Relation, they reply me on 12/09 say "I will reach out to our BOS department to see if they can expedite this cancellation on your behalf."
3. BBB requested my feedback with in 10 calendar days. I value this feedback very much. I will see how BMW plays.

[12/17] Updates:
1. No response either from BMW MTV or from BMW Customer Relation.
2. I sent a follow up to BBB. Hope it can help.
3. Someone from BMW send me some leadership contact information. I will see.

Ibrahim is the kind of sales rep you hope to come across when you enter any car dealership. It was important for me to take my time making such a big purchase and he did exactly that, he was attentive, quick to answer any questions I has, but most important was never pushy about making a car purchase.
