Parking ticket help staff was awful. Very disrespectful. I was trying to find out if I would still have to pay parking fees if only to use the tesla charger, instead of answering my question he says “ just take your ticket bye” and then wouldn’t answer the phone afterward.

Never using this charging station again nor recommending anyone I know to. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind and actually helpful.

Very clean and well maintained area to walk or just hangout. Parking can be tricky depending on the day and time of the day.

I visited KazuNori for lunch and had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. However, my experience was significantly marred by the disrespectful behavior of the parking barrier guy.

When I pressed the help button upon exiting the parking lot, I hoped to receive assistance. Instead, that guy repeatedly yelled at me, asking, "So what do you want?" He was not helpful at all. As a result, I decided to back up and have my boyfriend run to the restaurant to get our parking validated. While I was backing up, we apologized to the car behind us for the inconvenience.

During this brief moment (less than half a minute), that guy came to me, yelling and saying “Go" and “Am I not speaking English?" My boyfriend ran back with the validation and tried to explain the situation, but the guy continued shouting at us, saying "go" and "don't come back."

This experience felt like emotional abuse. It's disappointing that such a nice plaza employs someone with such a disrespectful attitude. This experience not only ruined our visit but also left us feeling unfairly treated.

I noticed that other reviews mention similar issues, indicating a pattern of disrespectful behavior. Customers, including us, do not deserve to be treated this way.

I came to Planta Cocina to pick up my order and after staying inside for 25 minutes, I went to the booths. I needed help at the booths, so I called for support. The person I spoke to was disrespectful, telling me to "pay and go" without listening to me, and then hung up on me. Since there were cars behind me, I couldn't go back. Therefore, I ran to the restaurant to void my ticket, did so within 30 seconds, and immediately returned. Meanwhile, the person I had spoken to arrived and shouted at me disrespectfully, telling me never to come back. He was not helpful at all and treated me unfairly. I did not deserve such behavior.

Enjoyed a great burger at HI Ho and walked around the area. Parking seemed limited so it was great to be able to valet park. Very busy on Sunday at noon
