Super disappointed. Been coming here for a month or two almost daily needing to box stuff.

Needed something boxed, RUSHED to make it 10 min before closing, and got turned away. Employee pretty much told us to come back another day since it’d be too much work to box the item despite me rushing and being a regular there. No regard for customers or their time at all.

Thanks for wasting my time, Box City! I’ll be sure to never, ever come back.

Box City is yet another great benefit of living in Los Angeles. If you’re shipping something, you can get a box that fits the exact size of your item to save on shipping costs. This should be a national chain.

If you’re looking just for packing materials/boxes then this is your place. If you’re looking to ship, just go to the actual shipper to send. IE FedEx, UPS, Ect. These guys said it would be $129.99 a box to ship and when I left and took it to be shipped myself, it was only $24.60 at the actual carrier.
