Had the opportunity to work with Rose and David at this Brakes Plus in Litchfield Park and it was probably the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic shop. Had my kids with me and the staff talked to them and played with them, they were super knowledgeable on the vehicle I brought in, and just overall an awesome experience. Great people , even better service. 10/10 recommend them

Rose has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car company. She’s so kind to all of the clients and always makes sure the job gets done right! Although I live closer to the Watson location I will ALWAYS choose this location over them. I’ve never had any issues with them here at this location:). They definitely deserve more credit for the job they get done!

My new go-to location! I used to take my car to the Buckeye location but after the manager David left, the service wasn't the same. I recently found out he moved to this location so I took my car in today. He did not disappoint. He remembered who I was, got my car in quickly and did a wonderful job. Upon inspection, it was discovered I had an issue with my rear shocks. He and Rose went ABOVE AND BEYOND to address the issue to my satisfaction and I left extremely happy. I will be recommending this location to anyone looking for service.

David and Brian are not only professionals, they are quality people. I needed to remove my spare tire but did not have the key to the wheel lock. Through their expertise they managed to release my tire. What would have taken me hours they accomplished in minutes!
I highly recommend Brakes Plus and will definitely use them again in the future!
