Have never had better service at a bridal shop . we made an appointment on Sunday at 11, on Sundays they close at 12 and we stayed there till 1230 with no rush at all, the time flew by . The woman helped clip our dresses and pick out with our budget. Great place would recommend!!!!

Had a great experience here today. Made a last minute bridal appointment and didn't necessarily expect to find anything. The ladies were helpful but also gave us space. I got so lucky and found a dress right off the rack that needs no alterations. They were wolling to work with us on pricing, which was nice and that sealed the deal. Thanks Bridals by J 🙂

If I could give this place zero stars I would but it's not an option. My daughter is getting married next year. We had an appt and it started off that we had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment time. Ok. It happens. I kept a positive attitude. We were taken to the bridal area, which honestly looked like a thrift shop. We were told to go through the dresses ourselves and then went on to try on the dresses alone. I, as the mother, do not know how to clip the dresses to mimic the size that my daughter needs. I do not know what can be done for alterations. No one paid any attention to us at all. We might as well have gone wedding dress shopping at Walmart. The dresses were dirty and the trains were frayed from being drug around by people who don't know how to handle wedding dresses. We left after 20 minutes because it was a complete waste of our time. I hope this review saves someone from the colossal waste of time that this place is. Could my daughters perfect dress have been in there? Maybe, but we will never know. Not sure how this place stays in business. Also, a customer came in while we were there complaining loudly about the poor alterations that were done to her dress which also did not bode well for this establishment. Don't do it. I'm telling you do NOT go here.

I purchased my wedding dress here and the entire experience was a good one. I like being able to browse, and they allowed myself and the others with me to do so. At a different store, the person working with me would simply pull dresses she thought I would like and I didn't get the option to browse. They did a great job with hemming as well, and my dress fit perfectly for my wedding day.

Pam was amazing in helping me find the right wedding gown based on a general description of what I wanted. It only took a couple of dresses before I found "the one"! She has a great eye for matching a bride with a dress. Loved the little store: very personal but with a HUGE selection. Would highly recommend this store to find your perfect dress. And, she was able to get my dress in time (ordered in November for a January 2nd wedding!).

The staff is awesome! I called a month ago reguarding a specific dress and they asked that I would call before I come in so they can have it ready. I called this morning and let them know I would be in to see that dress. When I got there they were very friendly and helpful. And the dress... was beautiful... perfect. I’ll recommend to all of my friends and will be purchasing my dress and all of the bridesmaids dresses through there for sure

As a father of a bridesmaid, I was frustrated with the service. When I bought a prom gown for my daughter, they were amazing! Every bridesmaids receipt needs to have the bridal party name attached to it. Father's simply don't know all of that info. For a future dad of the bride, I am hesitant to spend my money there.

The store was amazing! I went to go dress shopping for my prom and the second I walked in the door, the staff were pulling dresses I might like and helping me try them on. I was offered straps every time a dress looked like I might need them. When I found the dress I loved, they allowed me to try shoes and jewelry on to get an idea of what I wanted. When we paid, they gave a huge discount because no one else was interested in it. Absolutely solved all of my dress search problems!!
