This business owner obviously knows something about running a business. Very knowledgeable on all of her products, extremely kind hearted. Treats her customers like she would expect other business owners to treat her. On top of that, her employees are a direct reflection of their boss. Having employees as young as some are , can be a hit or miss, as far as acting responsible, dealing with customers correctly, and just the way they conduct themselves. Well, they are a definite hit. Home run even.
