I've been a customer of Robbs for 6 years. He's been good up until the last year or so. His workmanship has declined significantly along with his punctuality and customer service. I use to be a faithful customer to Brothers Jewelry but I will not be returning after my recent visit.

Rob is a very nice guy, and he was highly recommended to me by several people. However my experience was not so great. I needed my wedding set sized up a bit. The first time I got it back the rings began turning dark where he had added material. So I returned and he said he probably accidentally used sterling silver instead of white gold and said he would correct it at no extra charge. When I picked it up the second time, the back side of the rings were slightly inconsistent… like little hairline fractures and chips on the edge. It looked like an amateur rushed through the job. I pointed that out to him and he excused it by saying that white gold was just hard to work with etc “but let me know if you have any more problems with it and I’ll take care of it for you”. Which was an odd thing to say after being dismissive of the problems I’d just pointed out. I will not take any more rings to him. I’m very sad that my wedding set now appears a little rough on that side. I want to take it to another jeweler to have it just smoothed out to give it the professional normal appearance you expect from fine jewelry. And despite telling me both times the ring would be ready tomorrow, I had to call him a week later to inquire. Like I said, he’s a super nice guy, it’s probably a fine place to buy jewelry, but I cannot recommend him to do any work on your jewelry.

I lost a black pearl earring set in diamonds. In December the owner kept the one I had left with promises to order parts and settings and make a new marching set. As of this past Wednesday, he had not done anything. At all. When I asked why, he said he didn't have a good explanation. I told him I would be getting my earring back as soon as I had time from work. Drove to Siloam this morning, get to the jewelers during advertised hours, but no one is there and they don't answer the phone. At what point is it not stealing to do this while holding someone's property?

Robb has been my personal jeweler for many many years now and the ONLY person I trust. He is all about the customer and making them happy.... Yes it's his job but he's not about skyrocketing prices just because he can. He's by far more than fair and goes with whatever makes the customer comfortable. I can't even describe how fair his prices are compared to the place RIGHT next to him or all around NWA for that matter. He is a solid guy all around. He will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. You're sincerely missing out if you go anywhere else!!

Robb made me a beautiful necklace out of my own stone that I brought to him. Wonderful work and a very trusting man! He has changed locations (next to Burlap and Lace) so don’t get it confused with the old store lol.

Robb, the owner, checked my rings, cleaned them and my earrings and welded the rings together at a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. He also told me how to fix my grandfather’s clock!
