Thoroughly impressed. Trying a new place for eyebrow services can be intimidating but Deepa was especially efficient, kind, and accommodating. She recommended trying eyebrow threading instead of waxing based on my skin type, which was appreciated as my skin is very sensitive. I was done in less than 5 minutes and the decrease in irritation was evident. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I will be going regularly to her now, thank you Deepa!!

No impressed at all. Spent $30 to thread and tint and got uneven brows, mind you my eyebrows were a blank slate. I haven’t gotten the done in months. It’s so bad I’m literally crying.

I went here twice, the second time I went she was very rude. I literally was in so much pain when she was threading my brows, I had to ask her to slow down, but she didn’t. She actually did it faster when I told her how bad it hurts and asked if she could slow down I was about to cry that’s how bad it was hurting and she had no sympathy or apologies at all, just kept making excuses about what was wrong with my brows, saying I have coarse hair that’s why it hurt so bad. However I’ve been threading my brows for 7 years, and never experienced that much pain. The lady I’ve been going to for 7 years, is Pinkal threading and she’s amazing you will fall asleep because it’s painless. Deepa will rip your skin off, and you will be crying. I’ve never had threading hurt this badly. She should be ashamed for not caring that she’s casing people pain. The least you could do was say sorry, instead of making all these excuses. Will never come here again after the horrible experience and treatment I received, I left in tears. And my brows never look good coming here, there’s no arch,even when I ask. And she cut off all the extra hair at the end of my eyebrow, when I told her to let it stay. I asked for aloe and she rubs barely any on the bottom, ask for some on top and she says I put it on top. There was none there, my brows are so red and irritated still the next day and my skin hurts so badly. She seems really incapable of having good customer service.

Deepa is the best of the best when it comes to her services. She has a beautiful, relaxing, and calm space that makes you feel at ease when you walk in. She pays close attention to detail and I always leave every service extremely happy. I travel about 40 minutes specifically to see Deepa!

Been going to her for a long time. Great at what she does! She does my eye brows and mustache. I actually lost her for a bit because she moved but thankfully found her again and been coming here ever since. She's amazing!!
