I purchased everything from Bryan and team at BTM - from kitchen cabinets to countertop to bathroom tiles to vinyl flooring and even carpeting - and I couldn't have been happier! Very fair price and great quality products! But best of all, this is a professional outfit! Down to the installation contractors they partner with, are all professionals as well! For example, Ian & Al just installed my carpet and I was pleasantly surprised that, aside from a perfect installation, they didn't even leave a single scuff mark on any of my walls! My husband and I went to BTM to check out luxury vinyl flooring to replace our bedroom carpet. We’ve never had LVF so we needed some expert advice. Lynn, our consultant was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process, always having our interests in mind. We settled on our “perfect” choice and had them come out to measure. Once Brian measured, I asked if he could recommend someone to lay the brick for our fireplace and he was able to arrange the price of the brick work with the flooring installation. I was so impressed and happy to get both jobs done all at the same time. BTM is an outstanding company that works with other small businesses that do AMAZING work! Shout out to Rich Pollan for the incredible brickwork on my fireplace and Kuddos to Mike and Maria Miele who installed my gorgeous flooring! You all work so hard and Jerry and I really appreciate what you’ve done for our home! Looking forward to working with BTM in the future!

All I can say is wow and Thank you for our exquisite floors! We will recommend BTM Flooring to all our friends and family. We started in their beautiful showroom with Lin, who was very knowledgeable and professional helping us pick out and recommend products that would look great in our new home. From there the installation crews for the tile, hardwood and carpet were all top notch. We had a few questions during the installation. The crews were more than happy to take the time to answer and explain why they take a few extra steps from what we saw at our last home. The owner, Bryan went out of his way to give us the best price and guaranteeing our satisfaction. And the end result was fantastic!

Many thanks to Bryan, Lynn and Nick at BTM Flooring. BTM handled all the tile and flooring projects in our new home build, and they were fantastic throughout the process. Bryan was so helpful with his professional advice--he secured tile and flooring samples to assist us with our selection process, and was incredibly patient, meeting with us anytime we wavered on our decisions. Nick did a wonderful job installing the tile in all the bathrooms and kitchen, and went above an beyond with the flooring installation--he meticulously matched the widths and heights of the hardwood boards in each run to create the most beautiful and unique hickory floors for us. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism at BTM and highly recommend them for tile and flooring projects.
