Great service and great clothing! Delanie helped me out allot we started out with style and then I was pleasantly surprised to have to go down three sizes. It required her to get a set of pants off the manquen. The only problem I have with this store is the AC is way too cold! So corporate needs to fix this because the store has no control over this. Went in for the first time ever and it was such a great experience. Got help from so many workers when I needed it, got the perfect sizing for my jeans, and had so much fun chatting with the workers. A little problem came up and they put together the best solution they could just to help. Plus the guy that helped me the most was cute 🤞

Stopped by buckle so my husband could try on some shoes to see if a specific brand fit well. During the time of us looking at shoes jarred even brought over a couple pairs of jeans noticing the brand my husband wears. Somehow he even got the correct size. My husband thought it was crazy so tried them on . My husband asked to see 2 pairs also. We ended up actually getting one of the pairs he recommended. Went in for shoes came out with shoes and jeans. 10 out of 10 I would recommend dealing with him . He was super helpful and went above and beyond even though they were busy .

My latest visit to this Buckle location was a letdown. You used to not be able to walk into one of their stores without a friendly person welcoming you and offering to help you. Now, it feels like you are bothering people when you actually need assistance like we did this trip. After digging around for some jeans unassisted and back and forth trips to the fitting room, someone working finally asked if she could help. I was happy to oblige, however, when I came back from trying on she was gone. There were at least 4 other people working, yet none of them even acknowledged that we needed help. Everyone working was busy talking among themselves, unprofessionally, and oblivious to any customers in the store. I like Buckle's offerings and it is disappointing to have such a poor in-store experience.

Usually my go to for all my jeans. Saturday I had the worst experience as I was returning a couple of online orders and some of the staff members were helping. One decided to walk up and but in when she didn’t get the response she was looking for she decided to cuss at me and walk away. Not sure if there was a MOD on duty but this situation was poorly handled.

Excellent clothing options, staff are very friendly and helpful in answering questions or trying to find the correct size or options you are looking for. Fitting rooms are very clean and well kept. Not a cheap place to shop but quality if excellent and worthwhile.
