Did we ever hit the jackpot today having Lucy . 12/6/24.

She truly rolled out the red carpet for our grandchild.

It was fascinating to learn that Lucy, herself, had been a diehard build a bear fan holding her own build a bear from 27 years ago. She truly went above and beyond to make it such a memorable experience.

Can’t wait to come back and I’ll be sure Lucy is there too!!

Went with my 2 daughters to use gift cards, and they had a great deal of buy 1, get 2nd for $14. We even got a few adorable outfits! The entire staff was so nice & helpful!!! Highly recommend this store!

Came in here to get two bears for my nieces. Katherine helped to build are bears and It was a great experience. Despite being adults building the bears, she still put the same effort into her job. I can tell that kids coming here are probably thrilled with their experience due to her energy when helping out.

Decided to do a small gender reveal so picked 2 separate bears with 2 separate outfits (1 for boy and 1 for girl) and asked staff to package the right one for us. Ashley and the team went above and beyond to do it as discreet as possible, making sure to not accidentally show us which bear was picked. They modified the box to close all the gaps and even included a note congratulating us. We were amazed by the attention to detail and wholeheartedly thank employees of this location for helping us to make this moment memorable

I come here every time going to disneyland. The bear lady MORGAN is extremely nice and helpful and i love seeing and talking to her whenever i go there. she does the Build A Bear Heart Ceremony the best. I love creating my birthday certificates for whichever stuffed animal i choose that day. recent one is the pumpkin one that glows in the dark named Pumki. Never had a bad experience going there. they are always so nice over the phone too. the other ladies are nice too. they go above and beyond like Morgan to make my day special. especially with birthday stickers and crowns and the birthday ceremony and ringing the bell. if you guys ever see this, thank you so much for making my birthdays special and whenever i get a build a bear. it may be sometimes expensive but they are worth it and so is my happiness of having one 🙂

I wanna shout out Alexis, I went to the store to look for a specific item, and there was a few people inside the store, and I noticed that she was alone, and yet she was able to greet me as soon as I walked in. Took care of all the customers (including myself) that were there at the time, all with a smile on her face. Made sure we all left satisfied, so I really appreciate that! Definitely coming back to this store because they have the most wonderful workers!
