The building has gone through several restaurant reinventions (long ago it was one of my personal all time favorites, the Avenue Grill) and it just keeps getting better!! Absolutely the BEST Oysters we have ever eaten, and better yet, Sunday through Thursday from 5-6PM they are $1 each! Go for the oysters and stay for the rest of the menu and the cocktails. I recommend you eat at the bar or the counter near the kitchen.

Our entire dining experience was excellent, from the time we arrived until we left. The appetizers were very unique and delicious; the main dishes were excellent as well as the plating and presentation.

Everyone was lovely, the ambience was solid, but the food just wasn’t up to par. When you’re paying close to LA prices for what is meant to be upscale new American food, the flavor has to deliver. Everything was fresh, but everything was bland, despite what appeared on its face to be interesting combinations of ingredients. Something just fundamentally missing. Fwiw, I ordered the carrots (appetizer “salad”) and salmon.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious food and drinks in a lovey outdoor patio. We had the pasta bolognese, the short ribs, and a salmon filet. All were absolutely fantastic! The short ribs with the horseradish mashed potatoes were prob my favorite. The old fashioned was delicious too.
I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were with our lack of reservation and dietary restrictions. SO great!

Good was great quality and creative. Drinks were the same. We sat at the bay and the bartender was super. Even the regulars sitting at the bar were friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

Love this place. Love the atmosphere , love their foods as well!
The server was very friendly and attentive.
Flatbread and hummus had a bit of spicy flavor which i didn’t expect but i loved it a lot!
Oysters need to be cleaned a bit more, I kept getting skin(?) or stone in the shell. But overall amazing experiences, and definitely will come back !
