If I could give them a -5 I would. They give you low ball offers on jewelry and if you ask them what it's actually worth they want to charge you for it. They are the same people from Millbrae Jewelers who closed down, I'm sure because of a bad reputation. Years back they were featured on the news as being the worst jewelers to go to.

From my own experience any time I went into that jewelry store they were rude. They think highly of themselves and want to treat their customers like they're garbage.

It's the same store with a different name same rude people. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM HERE!! Do your homework and find somewhere else.

I am old customer there for two yrs. I try to buying a jewellery this afternoon , mr Tony is too rough for me. And ask me to go out of our shop . Call to police to come let me run away . I am strong to complain the customer service in this shop in Millbrea. I ask for talk with is boss, they said the I am not do a business with you. I recommend no go there.

Unprofessional spanish lady. Asian people trying to go in and shes making alot of side comments like she doesnt want them to come in. Very unwelcoming. Makes me feel uncomfortable eventhough its not toward me. I use to come here alot like every week. I avoided coming here for a long while. I hope shes not the owner yayks 😬

I went to this jeweler today. They were very friendly. They were very helpful too and I brought in jewelry to be appraised and they did a very good job and they were very honest also. I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at their expertise. I was very impressed also with their knowledge of jewelry, and gold etc. The service was very quick and their prices are very reasonable.

I went to Numis International Inc. to search for a engagement ring and I found the perfect engagement ring with a matching wedding band! I shopped around a bit, but went back to Numis as the other stores could not compete with the price, quality and service that Numis provided. The entire staff was so friendly and really made this special moment incredible for my fiance and I. We had the white gold ring upgraded to yellow gold, and had it re-sized, when we picked up the ring it was more beautiful then I had imagined. We could not be happier we found Numis, the ring is so unique I know I will be the only one with it unlike the other large jewelry stores. I would and have been recommending Numis to anyone looking for a jeweler. Thank you again!

I have been a customer of Numis International for several years now. The Staff is Super Friendly and Courteous. All there jewelry and coins are of great quality and value. You can never go wrong buying/selling to them.

If you are looking for a place that will treat you like family. This is the place to be. I want to thank all the staff at Numis International for all the sincere efforts to make my shopping experience a good one.

I've been coming to Numis for about 7 years. They always have something interesting and unique every time I come by. Needless to say that I have more than 13 unique pieces from Numis. I always come here first for birthday, anniversary and holiday gifts. The staff is super helpful and never rushes you. You won't be disappointed coming here first. Al, A.B and Jacob are great. Great pieces at great prices. You can't beat that!
