Great service! We stopped in for just one set screw for a faucet handle and needed help finding it. Employee, Dan, came to our aid in the store. He spent 15 minutes helping us for a sale that totaled just $1.25.

Google shows this location is a tool rental location. So when I went to rent a tool I needed I was told in not such a nice tone , " We don't rent tools here and We Never have!!" So I just showed them were Google falsely stated that they DO rent tools. And I just wanted acknowledged that I was not just making this up. The gentleman sitting at computer along side cashier just said, " well I don't know how to fix that and went on with what he was doing. No care in the world. 🫣😱🤭😳

I’m personally in the lumber and hardware business as an outside sales person in the industry. Regardless of what, I have always used local True Hardware and Ace Hardware locations for quick need personal needs. Visiting this location in Menifee, I have had several negative experiences. I stood in line for several minutes while the person ahead of me and the sales counter person where discussing where to go to get the best local tattoo. Another visit to the same location, I asked an associate for a location of an item and was treated as if I was interrupting his stocking duties.

Great experience with Jaime . I had an issue with a return . Most employees nowadays seem to do whatever it takes to not help a customer. Not here , she was glad to help out and with a smile while doing it .

Many employees should take note, this is what it takes to keep a business running smoothly with repeat customers.

I believe in shopping local, so I always check here first. Nice clean well stocked store. The only negative thing I would offer is that staff NOT speak negatively about your customers, especially in their presence. This either assumes staff thinks customers' aren't smart enough to know or that staff doesn't care. I didn't name the staff involved on purpose, but I will if this seems to happen repeatedly. I grew up working in a family owned hardware store and this wouldn't have never happened in our store.
