Brought in my car for repairs that were going to be paid out of pocket and spoke with Riki for the inspection. He provided clear expectations on the turn around and overview of repairs. Luckily the part that needed addressing was still within my possession and after a checking it himself and a having a technician inspect the part as well, they were able to exceed expectations and reattach the car part to excellent results. This was beyond what I was hoping for and the quality of work done was amazing and it looks good as new. The other bonus was just that extra assurance from Riki that if something were to come up again for that part to bring it back to be addressed.

Brought my f250 in after a hit and run driver destroyed my front passenger door.
Kelly took great care of me and kept me informed through the entire process. When I picked my truck up you could not tell there had been any damage done. The repair techs appear to be top notch!
Caliber repair is a business you hope you never need but when you do they have earned my business.

This place SUCKS. I got into a car accident on August 21, and STILL haven’t got my car back. Their excuse is that the repair technician isn’t available and that’s why it takes so long. I don’t give a crap that y’all are short staffed. A professional would find a way to fix a car in a timely manner. Now the car rental place wants to charge ME because they can’t communicate to them about how long they’re taking. So damn ridiculous! Im a teacher & single mom living paycheck to paycheck and this is how I get treated? Oh hell no. Get your shit together Calliber. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Minor bumper rubs from a parking lot kiss - Manager Corey & Service Advisor Eddie were great - crisp communications, attention to detail, courteous and professional. While the work took longer than expected - I was kept well informed. A top-notch repair facility with strong leadership.

My car looks as good as new after a wreck and I was blown away. They do quality work at this collision repair shop. They also have excellent customer service and a dream team of people working for them. We've done business with them a couple times and the manager is exceptional! The reception staff is very friendly and keep that place running smoothly. We worked with Fabian during our last visit and he was very communicative and trustworthy. Our car was done even a day before it was projected to be. Fabian made sure to let me know that they stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. I would come here again for sure.

My life took a chaotic turn Tuesday, my car (and me) got hit hard. In the end, my car was totaled. Caliber Collision worked very quickly with me and my insurance company. They took care of little things, like my stuff left in the car and smashed license plate returned. The business end was all wrapped up on Friday, couldn't be any quicker. I appreciate Caliber a lot. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them again. Thanks
