I go here all the time and the staff is awesome and friendly. Only thing I'd like to see is more options like big bee. Also they give free sour keys to other kids and then when mine is there we're made to pay for it. You can't give away free stuff to other kids if you can't make it fair to someone who gives you money daily.

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not book or drop your uhaul off here! We paid in cash so were supposed to get our deposit back when we dropped off the uhaul. We arrive and he tells us that it is store policy to not give the deposit back because uhaul doesnt pay him the deposit. So he charged us extra mileage and no deposit back. He said he would email an invoice saying he did not give us the deposit and for us to call uhaul to get the money. The invoice ended up saying that he subtracted the extra mileage from the deposit and gave us the extra back which he did not do. Then he lied to uhaul over the phone saying that he gave us our deposit back. Really disgusting behaviour and based off of the other reviews here where he has clearly been scamming people I am surprisrd uhaul lets him operate out of his store. Really underhanded and awful. Do not give this man your business.

I usually go in to grab smokes and some snacks when I'm relaxed at home down the street. Today I went in after seeing some friends downtown and they refused to sell me smokes because I was wearing a significantly more feminine outfit than usual (I'm a cis-male who wears androgynous clothing)... The guy literally saw that on my ID I'm Male and started laughing and called over his friend who also began laughing and they just said "you look like a girl take off your hat so we can see". This has never been an issue in the past when I come in wearing masculine clothes... It was incredibly embarrassing to be treated like that in my own neighbourhood especially because over the last 2 years I've bought drinks and snacks at this store nearly everyday. Really disgusting way to treat people.

Liars and cheats! Another U-Haul con job. They charged me $200 for damages to the truck that were already there and clearly marked. They wrote on their report to U-Haul that they “Can’t get a hold of the customer” even though they have three contact numbers for me on file and none were called. I called them to dispute the charge and they gave me a phone number they said I had to call. The phone number is just some random number not affiliated with U-Haul. Now the store won’t answer their phone again. I wish I had read these reviews before renting there.

Cons when it comes to UHAUL rentals. They over charge and pocket the extra fees. They try to scam my father in-law and they aren’t the only ones to be screwed over. Other people have reported that store. Be careful renting UHAUL’s from them make sure you get a bill and a lay out of the charges.

Over priced. Very poor customer service . chocolate bars were all melted. Mayo and other items were left in extreme heat and may pose a health risk to anyone that might consume it. Best advise I can offer is DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Called the store to ask a question about UHAUL. When I started talking they immediately started speaking to someone else in the store, and then when I said excuse me, they hung up on me. Wouldn't answer the phone after that.

A small variety store. Friendly service an atm. Stop n grab some pop n chips bag a milk anda loaf of bread. And hey. Buy a lotto ticket. U could endup a big winner from California convenience.
