Max and Leah offer the best showroom I have seen in West LA and have exceptional service. I had been speaking with them for almost year before we made the purchase of our hot tub. I am very appreciative of their patience and support choosing the right one.

Unfortunately, our house burned down from the Palisades fire after we purchased it and I was blown away they gave back the non-refundable deposit. It says a lot about this organization and I would encourage anyone looking for a hot tub to check out their convenient showroom. Much appreciative Max and Leah. We will be back when time comes!

This is the best jacuzzi I’ve been in and owned…it’s absolutely perfect. Piping hot, low maintenance, and gorgeous. We barely use any chlorine and the warter sparkles. I go in nearly every night. This is adding an immeasurable amount of joy to my life. My kid pushed some buttons in a very weird sequence and got it stuck in rest mode, so I called, and the tech called immediately…and fixed it over the phone with me in under 30seconds. Just great delivery, customer service, and a total no brainer. Highly recommend California Hot Tubs!!

We were interested in the bullfrog swim spa series so Max the owner made great efforts to bring one into his new space in MDR to let us demo it. So thankful he did this! We ended up buying the 12’9” swim spa which was installed in December. Max came to our house to make sure everything went well, gave us a tutorial on how to use it, and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. He even came by 2 months later to help us w our ph balance! He’s such a nice guy as well! We are beyond happy with our purchase and are so thankful we didn't just buy a spa but also received amazing customer care w our purchase! Thank you Max and team! You are the very best!

We have had an outstanding experience so far with California Hot Tubs. We were one of the first people to see the new showroom on Lincoln - very nice! Leah Lister was the person who helped us. She is extremely knowledgeable and a fun person to work with. She responded to all of our inquiries quickly, and worked with us patiently until we were ready to purchase our Bullfrog Spa. We felt no pressure, and loved the entire experience. I will update this review once the hot tub is delivered and up and running.

Update as of 5/10/24. My review continues to be very positive. The delivery of the hot tub was flawless. Our electrician was able to easily make the connections, and we were enjoying the hot tub that evening. It looks perfect, and everything works exactly as we had hoped.
