Took one of our bikes to this shop. Hubby was having brake issues and James took care of replacing the brake pads, changing one of the tubes, and giving it a complete checkup.We usually do our own repairs, but this needed a true professional. It is obvious that James really loves his work and cares for his customers. The bike was returned in top condition, repairs explained thoroughly, suggestions given. We feel we got more than what we paid for and would definitely return to this wonderful shop in the future for any issue. This shop is a gem of a find. It is well stocked and well run.
The prices are reasonable and you are treated with a smile, handshake,kindness, and professionalism.
AND my hubby's ride was returned in a timely manner!
We do not hesitate to recommend this valuable shop, you will not be disappointed!

I wouldn’t trust my bicycle with anyone else in the Verde Valley other than with James and company at Camp Verde Bicycles. James offers 5 star customer service and has 5 star bicycle mechanic skills. It’s a small town bicycle shop where James takes time to know you and treats you like family, 5 star business all the way around.

James is the man if you need anything worked on your bike - both tires on mine needed updated and now my road bike rides better than ever. My tires are common size (700×35) and common sizes are hard to obtain sometimes and have to be ordered but well worth the wait. Camp Verde Bicycle is a Great Shop- much needed locally. Highly Recommend!!
